Kin-Kin Bakery & Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Brampton

I ordered a mango bubble iced milk tea for the first time today and it really tasted like syrup and water with ice. I've had bubble tea before and it usually has a milky taste but it didn't taste like it had any milk. I was going to just leave it but i was really dissatisfied so i decided to go back and tell the person working that it doesn't taste like normal bubble tea and that it tasted watery and she told me that it was made how it's supposed to be. So instead I decided i'll order what I usually order at this location which is a mango pineapple smoothie and it tasted nothing like it usually does and i've ordered this drink multiple times since this location opened. I was pretty disappointed with both of these drinks and in my personal opinion I dont believe it was made correctly especially the smoothie since that is what I usually order. CHARGED ME EXTRA WITHOUT TELLING ME

I go in becuase I see the sign outside saying any 3 dim sum for $4.50, I go in and get 3 things from the DIM SUM hot table, when I get to the cash register she tells me sticky rice I got is a extra $4. Now that I find out I have to spend $8 on something I thought was $4.50 I ask to put it back, but she says they would have to throw it out becuase I “touched it” even though I used tongs. I pay and she won’t even give me a receipt even though I didn’t say no to one. Then me and my friends went inside and looked at the sign for the sticky rice and it was only $2.50 not $4. OMG! One of my fav new places for bubble tea. Firstly, I got so excited looking at the food choices on here. Typically, when I order bubble tea from UberEats, I want food to go with it. I get that bubble tea is a very niche thing but it’s crazy how few places serve food!
