If you're looking for flavourful, cheesy mac and cheese, this is the wrong place. If you like slightly off white plain watery mac, this is the place for you.

Can I just ask a question? Is cheesy flavour illegal or something? Why is it so hard for some places to make flavourful, cheesy mac? Literally just half a slice of Kraft cheese melted into the mac would make it 100x better. Please change the name to "plain mac (no cheese included)".

Or, take a drive to Zoup, try their mac and cheese and reconsider what you're doing over there.

Philly cheese steak was also pathetically small. Like portion size of Wendy's $2.29 menu items. Also not sure if you know this, but what makes a Philly cheese steak a Philly cheese steak, is when you put the steak on the grill, you throw in the cheese with it, and mix the cheese in with the steak. So basically the cheese is integrated with the steak. You need to have a real Philly cheese steak once, and then there's no possible way to mess it up or not know how to make one.

Blows my mind how things can be this bad. Do you taste your own food? I'm guessing not.

I'm guessing this company is a money laundering scheme or is selling franchises to unsuspecting people. I feel...

When I arrived today, I was pleasantly surprised by the female cashier. She was attentive and well-spoken. She was able to explain to me the various sandwich options they have because I was unsure of what to order. She reassured me that since I was in the mood for steak, the Philly cheesesteak sandwich I had chosen would be the greatest option for me. The meal was created to my standards and delivered within a timely manner. I enjoy seeing young black women serving our community in various capacities as the female cashier had a great vibe and worked quickly to serve me. However, I was concerned because it seemed like she was the only person capable of providing the level of service required, whereas the staff in the back were unable to work as a team and communicate effectively as there was a language barrier between us and i was unable to comprehend what was communicated with me majority of the time. Despite that fact, overall the quality was above my expectations, and I will undoubtedly take my kids to this fantastic new restaurant soon so they may experience this...

Typically, don't like to review places on their first day but....this was bad. It took 45 minutes for my food to be ready and I was the only one there. My burger came with no toppings and everyone in there seemed heavily confused, mainly the cashier. She has no idea what is going on. She also does not know how to ask for help when she needs it. Hopefully this place will get better after time, when the staff get to know each other and can learn to communicate effectively.

I have now reduced this review to 1 Star. I decided to try again. Looks like all new staff. Order came swiftly. -No Jalapeno's Dijon mustard was only on the outside end of my sandwich, mayo had a tiny dab off center, couldn't find the ketchup on it, but at least they left me a packet. The bacon had no flavor and was hard to bite through like cardboard. It was also very dry, probably because my toppings were not where they were supposed to be. I had it in my mind to go to pizza depot....next time I will just go there.... $4 vs $14 hot...
