Pizza Depot — Restaurant in Brampton

This Customer service was horrible. Today I ordered a Large pizza and 10 breaded wings. As I completed my order I requested to pay in person with debit as one of the website options. I received a call that there are no breaded wings available (this should’ve been my first red flag). The “ assistant supervisor “on the phone countered by offering 2 extra wings to which I declined and I requested my pizza to be upsized to an XLarge pizza. Fast word to my delivery, the driver called me and stated he does not have a debit machine, he can only take cash. Luckily I had cash on me, as I made the payment. I requested the receipt and a few seconds later the driver asked for it it back, which was odd.( second red flag) I started to serve my daughter wings and when I noticed the pizza box said large. I then called the store to rectify the mistake as now I am unsure if I paid for a XL or Large, the assistant supervisor stated that the XL boxes all say .. Large . ( which was the first lie) I then sent her a picture showing her the box and she reaffirmed her claim still. Then it pondered.. how can a XL pizza fit in a large box .. as I said this the assistant manager changed the story to say that she delivered the wrong pizza and that she has the XL pizza available, okay, ( remember I just sent her a picture ) so I requested to see the pizza and she declined saying that she couldn’t take that picture .. odd.. that was when I had enough and decided to go to the store , once I got to the store I returned the pizza the assistant manager began apologizing admitting to her lies, claiming she was lying because she believed we were lying, and wanted to replace the pizza … to which we refused and requested a full refund followed up by her declining to do the latter, I had to demand her to get her manager on the phone and only once he was on the phone is when my refund was granted . Overall I will never buy pizza from here again it was first and last experience. Horrible...

I placed future timed order for cheesy bread indian style via phone around 950pm today july 18. I literally told them to make it indian style. As in my previous orders as well. I have that always. The girl picked up phone, told me 4-5 times and please come by 1040 pm.

I was there by 1035 order was not even inside oven. The store outside OPEN sign was off to make it look like they are not open . ( i guess they clode at 11 , so why sign off before 11 )

Anyways Upon asking they put inside. As if they forgot to make it before. So they made it in front of me and 1045 i got it in hand. Paid 6.75 for it didnt even offer me reciept..

Upon checking order , it was not indian style.- so i called them to make sure if it is indian style or no. They said NO. instead of calling them to make indian style So i returned the order on front desk . After they called me and they said

" brother , you must not have told to make indian style , otherwise we would have made that "

No for this thing i dont want to argue back and forth with them whether i told them or no.

So i said - it's okay. May be my fault.

But it was not my first time ordering here, check transactions. And let me know how can i forgot to say it.

Whenever jasman takes my order over phone, i never had any problem. But these guys may be need...

Since buying my wings at PDW (Pizza Depot @ 433 Wanless Dr in Brampton), I wouldn't dare to venture to any other pizza depot because of the bad experience at the Pizza Depot in Mississuaga at Ceremonial Dr. That was until I decided to give PD4 (Pizza Depot @ the 410 & 7 Mall) a try. They did not disappoint!

I purchased my usual order of 12 "Friday-Night-Happy-Place" honey garlic wings and they were fantastic. Just as good as PDW's wings. The wings were crunchy even with the sauce, the breading was crunchy, seasoning was tasty, and the wings didn't taste like they were cooked in two-day old oil. To make the deal sweeter, the lady who made my wings gave me extra honey garlic sauce. Just what the doctor ordered ;) as I am a super fan of honey garlic sauce. No thanks to Jack Astors who changed their sauce options a couple years back (but that's another story).

Friendly service. Clean establishment. Phenomenal wings. The trifecta! You see what happens when you stick to script? Now I know of two Pizza Depot's that other PD's can model after. Keep up the great...
