I had the absolute pleasure of dining at [Musafir] recently, and I must say, my experience was truly elevated by the outstanding service provided by our waitress, Ravneet. From the moment we were seated, she greeted us with a warm and genuine smile, making us feel instantly welcome.

Ravneet's professionalism and attentiveness were evident throughout our meal. She took the time to introduce herself, ensuring we felt comfortable and well taken care of. What stood out the most was her in-depth knowledge of the menu—she was not only able to answer all of our questions but also provided thoughtful and personalized recommendations that perfectly suited our tastes.

We were unsure about what to order, and Ravneet patiently walked us through some of the restaurant’s specialties. Her recommendations were absolutely spot on! The dishes she suggested were full of flavor, beautifully presented, and exceeded our expectations. It was clear that she genuinely cared about our dining experience, going the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our choices.

Throughout the evening, Ravneet remained attentive without being intrusive. She checked in at just the right moments, refilled our drinks promptly, and ensured that we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and passionate about customer service, and her positive attitude truly made our night even more special.

To top it all off, she was incredibly friendly, engaging in light conversation that made us feel valued as guests. It’s clear that Ravneet takes great pride in her work, and it shows in the way she treats her customers.

I would highly recommend requesting Ravneet as your server if you visit [Musafir]. Her excellent service, wonderful personality, and top-notch food recommendations will undoubtedly make your dining experience memorable. Recently opened, this restaurant is a good place to eat Indian food. They need to revamp their menu to include more photos of the items they enlist.

Ambience is good. The sever had a hard time to light the candle on the table. I would recommend replacing them with electric lights or small table lights to suite the ambience. The entry guy was sweet and kind. The servers greet you at the seat and tend to accomodate every need of yours. But somehow, they all seem to be in a rush to clear off the items. That reduced my experience by 10% as i wanted to spend time eating my meal with my family in peace. Their constant movement and then asking us how the meal is, may be too many a time since in my meal of 50 minutes, we were asked 4-5 times if the food was good or not. Instead, the billing sever can ask about the experience at the end.

The food presentation was good and the starters were great. We ordered tandoori fish and it was great. We also ordered salad and dahi aloo tikki, which were also good and the quantity was sufficient. We ordered paneer lababdaar and chicken Tikka masala in mains with tandoori roti and garlic naan. Both had low spice level. So remember to advise the order taker to change the space levels to suite your taste buds.

The prices of the items are centric towards $15-$20 for almost every starter...

From the moment we stepped into Musafir, we knew we were in for something special. The ambiance was warm, artistic, and inviting—setting the perfect tone for what turned out to be an exceptional dining experience.

We began with a perfectly balanced peanut masala paired with a refreshing mojito—a simple yet flavour-packed start that hinted at the culinary excellence to come. The tandoori chicken tikka was juicy, smoky, and beautifully spiced. But the highlight of the night was the rara chicken, paired with roti and lacchha paratha—each bite was rich, deeply flavoured, and left us wanting more.

Chef Sukh Randhawa deserves every bit of praise for crafting a meal that easily rivals (and, in our case, surpasses) many 5-star restaurant experiences. The passion, precision, and creativity in every dish were undeniable.

Special shout-out to Noor, our gracious host, whose knowledge and warm hospitality made us feel instantly welcome. And our server Manpreet was superb—friendly, attentive, and quick without ever feeling rushed.
