My review is a culmination of 3 years worth of visits and I will explain why I will NEVER go back to this location.
I have worked in the same plaza as this Tim Hortons for three years and have ordered from here every morning religiously. I can confirm from first hand experience that this location is BY FAR the worst Iâve ever experienced. The people who work here are half witted at best, none of them have any clue whatâs going on half the time, orders are either incorrect or butchered, they constantly lie that their machines are broken in order to NOT serve a particular item the staff deem âtoo annoyingâ to serve in a drive thru setting. The location lacks proper accommodations for drive thru customers that need to wait for their items. I can understand a backlog, sure, but you CANNOT tell me to wait in front of your store for the items due to the fact that IT IS A FIRE ZONE AND I HAVE BEEN GIVEN A WARNING BY THE FIRE DEPT THAT I CANNOT PARK THERE. Despite this, the staff are adamant to shuffling you out of the queue so they can get back to making the only thing they know how to make; a terrible coffee. I hope this message reaches the location because I have already spoken to the corresponding stores about my experiences there and they will lose a lot of business from local customers unless something gets fixed. Your staff need to drop the attitude, I get that youâre mad you came all the way to this country and ended up being tasked with making my coffee but come on. Have some decency. I always show up with respect and a smile and every time Iâm handed a poor excuse of a coffee from the staff itâs usually accompanied with some attitude or disregard. This location needs an overhaul, perhaps even a management reshuffle. I can only imagine that the staff and their behaviour is a direct result of management. I have spoken to the manager multiple times and every single time theyâve looked dejected when Iâm telling them about their issues and how they can improve. With that attitude, it makes sense that your staff is equally terrible. I will never go back to this location, I will be either going elsewhere for my coffee/breakfast.    Read moreI had placed an Uber eats order for Tim hortons. Each and everytime I order from this location I am missing items. I called to speak to the manager was put on hold then hung up on. I called and called till someone finally answered my call. I told them it was rude to leave me hanging like that so I asked to speak to the store manager and was told he wasnât there. Which is a lie he/she didnât want to handle my complaint! So I went on lettting the person know I didnât receive my full order she apologized and said it was someone new packing my order and forgot the drinks behind. I said this is the excuse today whatâs the excuse each other time Iâm missing items. All she could say was sorry! She was very rude and unprofessional and wasnât much help at all . I told her Iâm ordering from an app that cost more money to use and you guys canât even triple check the order to make sure itâs right. How can this be happening each time. Yet again no help was offered for their mistake , they take no accountability for. So I went ahead and contacted Tim hortons head office to bring to their attention the ongoing issues as far as the poor customer service I have received ,the ongoing missing items that they donât take any accountability for and having no manager or supervisor on site to even handle my calls /complaint.    Read moreAbsolutely horrible service. Placed an order at 7:46 a.m. and it wasnât completed until 8:10 a.m. they gave me half my order and didnât check to give us the other half. I asked multiple times for the rest of the order and they kept brushing me off, saying that someone was getting to it and then made me wait for 15 minutes. They took everyoneâs order and I asked more than five times for the order which was two pack of timbits and each time they said someone was getting it when I could clearly see she was putting every other order ahead of it. I just wanted the timbits and I told her how many there were and she still wouldnât get them. She made excuses about the order having disappeared from their screen, which is their own fault for putting away an incomplete order. When we asked for a supervisor she gave her own name, which Iâm pretty sure has to be impossible given her atrocious customer service skills. We asked for an higher up and to speak to them and she was refusing it. Attitude was horrible. This is the second time weâve ordered mobile and have had to wait over twenty minutes for unmade orders.
