Osmow's Shawarma — Restaurant in Brampton

that's it. today was the last straw guys. you have lost a regular customer and i would never ever recommend anyone else to try this location of Osmow's.

i ordered a super chicken shawarma and here is the list of things that went wrong: barely mild sauce, when asked for hot. literally a large scoop of olives,the whole wrap was a salty mess. it's a shame that you claim the food to be mediterranean, when all you do is boil chicken on a flat grill and douse it with pepper. i have questioned you multiple times , to cut it off the spit, and everytime you have a framed textbook answer saying it is for health and safety, to make sure it cooked.

and common, innocent folk would probably believe you, but take it from a food safety certified cook, i have run 2 full size kitchens over 8 years, all you need to check is the internal temperature and the overall texture of the cooked chicken. i have had the pleasure of well-marinated, off-the-spit chicken and you can tell the difference. but this location is so deep into this habit of boiling chicken on a flat grill, that no one ever knows any other taste. really a shame. To make it even worse, it looks like you were running really low on onions and tomatoes, or the maker was just too lazy to open a fresh prepped container of veggies.

i would not have been this upset, if wasn't for the Nth time that you guys have disappointed me with such inferior making of what is one of the finest cuisines.

my only reason to return was location convenience but will never happen again. and i say this with gusto.

I have been a loyal customer of Osmow’s Shawarma for the past three years, and I’ve always enjoyed their food. However, I’ve recently noticed a decline in both quality and service. The portion sizes, especially the amount of chicken and sauces, have significantly decreased. What used to be a satisfying and flavorful meal now feels lacking, both in taste and value.

This review is not meant to bring Osmow’s down, but rather to inform other customers who might have noticed the same changes. I truly hope they take this feedback seriously and bring back the quality and generous portions that made them stand out in the first place.

it’s disappointing to repeatedly encounter issues that seem to be brushed off as “brand standards” or “lame excuses.” You are no longer dealing with a first-time customer, and I believe it's time to address these recurring problems instead of defending every negative review.

It's important to consider that maintaining consistent quality and quantity is key to customer satisfaction. I urge you to stop justifying the flaws with excuses and focus on improving the service. A better response to feedback and actual improvements would go a long way in making the experience much more enjoyable, rather than focusing on defending the current state of affairs.

I genuinely hope this message is taken as constructive feedback and that you take the necessary steps to improve your offerings. We all want to see Osmow's continue to thrive, but that requires genuine attention to...

Open late most nights. Decent friendly staff. Chicken on the rocks... Appears to be the favorite. Against most certainly vouch for the fact that this dish is an outstanding chicken rice dish Your food comes up quick and hot. Did you not serve MUG Root Beer ....A personal favorite of mine. I made mention of this particular can beverage. Often it can take a few friendly reminders, which I am happy to provide them with.. most establishments will take a note and stock the product. A convenience store in the same mini mall does have MUG root beer. I'm certain they would rather make the tiny profit my stalking it. The prices are decently average for the different dishes I have on menu.. all of which looks Simply Delicious on the signage above the counter. PS ... if they happen to ask you if you would like the hot sauce they have provided for us, do yourself a solid by using precautionary measures....such as having one of the staff help you decide by dipping a toothpick into the very tasty hot sauce. I made a slight oversight when I had him distribute a healthy amount across my chicken and rice. Ordinarily, I would have finished this by the time I got home within 10 minutes. It took me 45 minutes to eat at because I struggled with the heat it provides. So adhere to this warning, chicken and rice lovers.. after all, food is not funny neither is slashing up your mouth with...
