Dear Pizza Hut Customer Service,
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with my recent experience at 94 Sandalwood Pkwy E, Brampton, ON L6Z 4R5 Pizza Hut locations. I visited your establishment with high hopes of enjoying a delicious meal, but unfortunately, I was met with uncooked bread, an overcooked pizza, and the worst customer service I have ever encountered.
Firstly, the bread that was served to me was clearly undercooked. It was doughy, raw, and lacked the crispy texture that is expected from a well-prepared bread. This not only affected the taste but also left me concerned about the quality and hygiene standards of your kitchen.
Furthermore, the pizza I ordered was severely overcooked. The cheese burnt and had a bitter taste, making it nearly inedible. The toppings were also dried out and lacked the freshness that is typically associated with Pizza Hut. It was disheartening to see such a lack of attention to detail in the preparation of a dish that is supposed to be a staple of your menu.
To make matters worse, the customer service provided by the on-shift manager was abysmal. Despite my polite complaint about the uncooked bread and overcooked pizza, the manager displayed a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. Instead of offering a solution or showing any concern for my dissatisfaction, they simply shrugged off my complaint and made no effort to rectify the situation. Put me on hold for 7 minutes then disconnected the line didn’t even try calling back. This level of indifference towards a paying customer is completely unacceptable.
As a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for many years, I have always appreciated the quality of your food and the level of service provided. However, this recent experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. I expect better from a reputable establishment like Pizza Hut.
I kindly request that you take immediate action to address these issues. as well as an assurance that steps will be taken to improve the quality control in your kitchen and the customer service provided by your staff. I believe that it is in your best interest to rectify this situation promptly to regain the trust and loyalty of your customers.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see a swift resolution and a commitment to delivering the high standards that Pizza Hut...
Read moreHands down the worst location, and judging by the responses from the owner, probably just as racist as the employees. This isn’t uncommon in modern Brampton, but if you are not Indian they have an automatic prejudice against. The cashier had no problem dealing with every other Indian client, but when I step up to the counter, all mannerisms and respect was gone. My order total was $13.55, I paid with cash with exact change, a $20 bill and 55 cents, doing the math my change would be $7. As shown in my picture attached I was handed my food with no seal, and $4 in change. One thing to have a bad experience, but for me to lose money when I’m already spending in your establishment had me pissed me off. After handing me the incorrect she walked away. There was a no opportunity to address the mistake. My food by default comes with a dipping sauce in the box, I had to go wait two minutes to get her attention.
This was intentional, she didn’t want to serve me. I’ve been attending this Pizza Hut since I was child and the dining room was still open, many of these employees did not work here when I stated eating here. Like I said, common trend in Brampton. If you are not Indian, how you are treated doesn’t matter.
DO NOT go here, there is location 5 minutes up the street on McLaughlin, might be a slight inconvenience, but if they can’t get customer service right, it’s worth it, trust me.
To management: We spend our hard earned money here, no one deserves to be discriminated. If you aren’t going to make my situation, please see that you make sure this DOES NOT happen again to another customer, no...
Read moreMy order was missing the chicken bites and I returned to to the store to get them. I was told that they gave me the wrong pizza and to go get it from my car which I did. Then I asked for the bites and they said I had to return the box of cinaparts as well to which I said I had already paid for the cinaparts. I didn't know that the pizza, parts and bites all were supposed to come in the same box so anyway, she said to go get the parts and she would give me my full order which was still under the counter. I took my order to my car and returned to the store with the cinaparts and the cashier met me at the front door to take the cinaparts from me. By the time all of that happened my pizza was cold. I would suggest that the employee bring the correct order to the customer and take the incorrect order from the customer at their car instead of having the customer going back and forth with the food. There were two female emolyees conversing with each other while i was going back and forth and it wasn't until the end when I was visibly annoyed that one of them met me at the door to take the cinaparts they requested I return. This is the third time in the last year I've had issues with this store. Last year I ordered pizza and when I went to pick it up they said they were closing up for the night and my pizza wasn't there....unbelievable! I will not return to this store nor will I...
