Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brampton

I've ordered from here twice and both times have been horrible. The first time we ordered our food was 2 hours late. After an hour had past I waited 20 minutes more before I called them in-case the food was in-transit. We don't live far from this venue so it shouldn't theoretically take more than 5-7 minutes to reach our place. After calling them and inquiring about our order they tell me that the pizza is "just now going in the oven and the driver was on his way to pick it up.." by the time the pizza arrived it was just hitting the 2 hour mark since we'd placed the order.

Que next issue. The debit payment. The driver handed me the debit machine and checked my order price. After punching the price into the machine I promptly paid for the order and gave him the machine. He then proceeds to tell me he made a mistake entering the price (I had also tipped him even though I didn't want to) and that I owed him 7 more dollars.

Frustrated and not wanting to start an argument because he wouldn't give me my pizza I paid, again for my order. I only get so many free transactions with my debit card before I have to start paying for every one after that I use. When I finally took my pizza inside the box didn't feel warm and the food was borderline cold. I honestly think they made it, forgot, re-heated it and then sent it out to me and didn't even offer us any kind of condolences or price reduction on a 2 hour late order.

Second time we ordered from them the food arrived on time but the order was terrible. The boneless chicken bites were overcooked to the point where they were very dry and touch. They lacked flavoring and the sauce was almost invisible.

The cinnabites were doughy and under-cooked to the point where I was literally consuming raw dough. I gave up and stopped eating it. For the amount we paid for our order it wasn't worth it. The only thing actually consumable was the pizza and for the size of the pizza we ordered it definitely wasn't worth the amount we paid alone.

Customer service representative very rude unprofessional and unknowable to solve the problem

I order $50 worth food and got my money went out on garbage because of Customer service representative she can not solve my problem until tomorrow she said

When I call at first she said she can not look up my order and hang up calling me back after few minutes saying I have to call store to figure out the issue

I ask her how long it will take her because my kids are hungry they can not wait too long she said she doesn't know which makes me upset I told her so I can not make my kids stay hungry until you come up with solutions her reply was she dose not have authority so then she should ask me first time what was the problem and call store for solution instead calling me back without answer instead she calling store keep arguing with me and when she know I am getting upset she said my manager will call you back tomorrow and my phone is getting recorded like she's traying to scared me of making my complaint this is ridiculous zero Customer service and zero customer satisfaction I would refer my friend and family to not give any business to 1 Bartley blvd with this kind a attitude

If I couldve given this place 0 star, I wouldve lol. I've ordered 4 times, all awful expereinces. 1st, order came 2 hours after order was placed.. I live 5 mins max from this location. 2nd time, ordered they ran out of an item I ordered and brought me 3 cans of pepsi instead. The driver said they were the equivalent of what I ordered.. and? I didn't order it. i proceeded to call the store but they said they closed in 30 mins so theres nothing they can do. 3rd time, I thought I might as well just pick it up, placed an order and requested for them to call me when it's time to pick up. I was told it'd take 10-15 mins. A little under an hour and still no call so I show up to the restaurant thinking maybe they just forgot to call. I showed up and was told they ran out of dough lmao. I've literally never heard of that in my life. So now, my 4th and last time ordering from them and I was told my order was going to be delivered in 58 mins, obvs from previous experience I expected a longer wait but this time not only was the wait longer, I got a call from the store an hour and a half after the order was placed that they were short on delivery drivers so my order wouldnt be there for another hour. That would take 2 and a half hours to deliver a pizza 5 mins from your location lol. They also gave me the option to come pick up, so I said sure. I said I'd be there in 5 mins they told me the order wouldnt be ready for another 15 min.... a whole hour after I placed my order it's not...
