Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Brampton

I think I've given this place enough chances. Went there the other day for lunch, ordered a 2 piece meal and as you know this comes with a drink (cup). Unfortunately their self serve fountain machine was COMPLETELY OUT OF ORDER. I advised I would take a bottled drink in that case, she stated that would be extra. Asked why I should pay extra when THEIR machine isn't working, that's no fault of mines. The cashier (I believe the Manager) then stated she would pour my drink for me. As I looked to the side of the counter, I notice they took some of the bigger bottles of drinks from the fridge in a variety of different flavors and poured the drinks for customers depending on the flavor you choose! I do not know what word to use in describing this type of service. I lost it! I told her, You will not pour my drinks from those bottles! She then began to argue with me. Btw I've had multiple interaction with this lady and her customer service is poor. I believe she's Indian, where's glasses and always has lipstick on, hair pinned to the back in a bun, that's the only way I can describe her. This isn't a third world country!! You can't be pouring people's drinks from bottles on the side of your counter. Then I went back today again and they only had sprite, coke, coco cola or Nestea working from the fountain and not to mention their poutine has a VERY WEIRD taste. I'm soo turned off. My experience was okayish. I am free right now so, lets make this review lil'big 😉 1: staff - everything about staff was good enough. It was my first visit so, explained me menu briefly.

Cleaniness and structure - property was very clean and sitting space is also quite good.

Time to complete order : i was very happy by their speed , like it took less than 2 minutes to make my order and give it to me , I don't know how, but i was surprised enough.

Taste : this was little problematic for me, like i ordered Tuesday special ( 2pc chicken) x 2 times and the taste was different both the times. First of all it wasn't spicy ( more like blunt) and when i ordered first time it was more tastier than the second time one.

Will visit again or not? Yes i will visit again, to check same chicken again to know whether it was some mistake during my second order or they have no standard taste. Thank you for reading my...

Popeyes never disappoints! From the moment I walked in, the smell of crispy, Cajun-spiced goodness had me excited. The chicken is perfectly crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with just the right amount of seasoning to keep every bite flavorful.

I had their signature Chicken Sandwich, and wow—it lives up to the hype! The crispy filet, buttery brioche bun, and that delicious spicy mayo made it one of the best fast-food sandwiches I’ve ever had. Their biscuits? Flaky, buttery perfection. And let’s not forget the Cajun Fries and Red Beans & Rice, which add the perfect touch to the meal.

Service was fast and friendly, and everything was fresh and hot. If you’re craving fried chicken done right, Popeyes is the place to be! Can’t wait to come back!
