Pizza Nova — Restaurant in Brampton

The type of service we experienced here today was just unacceptable. Today (01/18/2019), we ordered by phone and went to this location to pick up our order. On the phone, they said the order would take 20 minutes to make, so then 20 minutes later we come here for our order. We walked in and asked the lady working at the counter if our order was ready, she said give us 5 more minutes and the lady asked us if we would like to pay now, so we just said sure and went ahead and paid for our order to get it out of the way. While we were waiting, we noticed that at the spot where they put all the orders that are ready, we noticed an order sitting towards the side and thought to ourselves that I think this is our order, but we did not question it because we assumed they knew what they were doing as they said to wait 5 minutes, and there could be a chance that wasn’t our order. So, then we waited and waited more and at this time another 40 minutes had passed making it a total of 1 hour since we been waiting. Now, after the 1-hour mark, the lady comes up to us and asks what our order was, so we tell her our order. Then what happened next was the really frustrating part. The lady goes and grabs that order we noticed earlier that was sitting towards the side. The order that we noticed sitting towards the side WAS OUR ORDER. That order was sitting there from when we walked in, so THEY MADE US WAIT 1 HOUR FOR NOTHING. We had clearly asked them when we walked in if our order was ready and they kept saying wait 5 more minutes. So by the time we got it, the pizza was all cold, so we started to complain saying that we are not happy with this and the service. They offered to warm up the pizza and said sorry, but it was obvious that they were not sorry at all. They started showing us attitude and did not even care one bit that they made us wait for no reason. They did not even try to offer us any compensation for the amount of time we wasted waiting. Their excuse for making us wait was “Oh sorry, we forgot your order was ready, that was our mistake”. I get that people make mistakes but if you are going to make a mistake, then you also need to be ready to compensate for it.The amount of disrespect we faced here as a customer was just unbelievable. We always visit this location and had been going here for years but after today we will never be going back to this location ever again. They do NOT deserve our hard-earned dollars with the type of service and attitude they got...

I came to the store tonight finishing my job they screwed up my order last time this new owner has no respect for the customers she tries to cheap out on the toppings the new owner I've always gone to Pizza Nova since I was a kid I also been using this store in the past and the old Vietnamese owners were very nice courteous kind. Now this new owner she's rude I actually called customer service to find out who was working there was a new young man there so I decided to go in the store and make my order. Halfway through my order the lady owner or whoever she is decides to come in and bring me the pizza and says this is the way you want it done I made your pizza last time and I explained to her that I was no good, then she got all.mad swore at me when I said I like harpreep to finish my pizza since I ordered from him. She got so angry an again swore said she call head office , I replied ya go ahead as I am too. Since change, the owner the new owner not cook pizza the way they tought, last time I order I ask for the guy makes my pizza perfect, she did it an when walk in store he mop floor after asking customer service for the certain young man makes it since old owner. She need learn how to fallow Pizza.Nova franchise or sell store to someone who will. So disappointed an have her so rude because I ask for him an went to store for him to cook it because I said my self she their I not order. I would give 0 stars if possible. Gone here on 3 separate occasions. First time they put my order on top of the oven and left it there for 15 mins. The girl behind the counter even told the guy what my order was and he put it on top of the oven as I sat there. When I went to the counter to ask where my order was the guy was rude and said I called you. I watched him the whole time. The second time I went in there they burned my food. Today I went in for a 3rd time and final time. I asked for my order of garlic bread with cheese and a cheese slice with a drink. I was charged for 2 orders of garlic bread with cheese, the drink and the slice. The guy did not warm up my slice for more than 30 seconds. The guy put my order on the counter with the slice in a bag with napkins on top of my slice. I guess the boxes the slices go into are too expensive. I stood at the counter waiting for my drink as my food got cold. This place has no idea how to run a business. They shouldn't be operating. Every other pizza nova location I visit is great. Why does this one and only suck so much? Just sucks it's the closest one...
