( why will i pay $4for a small packet of chips) when i asked for a refund the lady said if you want to have in store i can make it. I bought my subway home, when i was about to eat i saw it was completely dry from the inside. I called them up and the girl said that we can come in and she can make a new one for us. I live 15 mins away and my sister still went. This a little healthy lady had the audacity to literally check piece by piece and say that there is sauce, neither this is my first time having subway nor i want to eat anything for free. Later my sister called me telling me what was happening and when i talked to her she said the same thing later on started asking the other customers regarding if they can see the sauce or not. This was so humiliating. Teach your employees little kindness not harassing the customers who try to show them their mistake! Never going to order from this location! Read moreI go to this subway pretty often to get my daughter’s lunch. Everytime I go there for 8:30am their toaster is never ready and she wants to give me my subway without it being toasted. As you know, lunch is in the afternoon but I have to pick up my daughter’s lunch in the morning before I go to work. This store is open at 8am, the server advised me that she gets in at 8am so she has to get everything ready. These stores really need to start paying their workers to come in a half and hour early so that customers like me, don’t have to wait 15 mins for a toaster to warm up. It’s not fair to the workers that have to deal with the customers being annoyed they have to wait.
