Royal Paan — Restaurant in Brampton

Was the Bovaid drive location earlier today with family;

The prices of products are concealed on the display board.

A customer ahead of me in the line, bought a Royal Falooda, the person at the counter (looked like he was trying his luck) quoted C$ 7 plus tax; when the customer questioned him about the higher price quoted, the cashier said Ok, pay C$5 + tax.

The customer turned around and looked at me with a question mark on his face.

Come my turn, I am quoted C$ 2.50 per paan.

My turn to ask why, when Paan is usually C$2 at RP.

I was told we have Paans ranging from $ 1.75 to $ 4.

I said give me the regular ones at C$2.

The Rabdi kulfi given to us had no Rabdi apparently because the person making it didn't know what all was to be put in it.

The guy at the cashier was so rude to most of the customers, that my wife said we would never come back to this location.

Worst experience...

I went here yesterday and in terms of customer service I would give them something less than zero! First, they gave me a waiting time of 25 minutes and the whole store was empty. I can totally understand that sometimes the things are not prepared earlier so it might take sometime. I went out and sat in my car then I came after 30 minutes. The moment I came in, I called the main guy over there two-three times and he passed me the wrong order! I asked him what is in my order he was so confident without even checking the order he passed me wrong and cold order. Secondly, when I went back again to let them know the order was wrong because I opened it to check if it was all good or not. They took the cold food back and then they gave it to another customer after 5 minutes. They might be working hard but if they can’t pass the correct and hot food there is no need of working in a...

Very poor service. 0 in customer satisfaction. I ordered rabri faluda worth $10+tax. It was a roohafza milk with noodles. I have been to other locations and I know what I ordered and what I got. This location is very poor when it comes to quality. Never gonna order from here ever again. I told the guy who made the faluda that it doesn’t taste like rabri faluda, he told me that it is always like this. Bro I know how it tastes. I have been drinking it from hurontario and bovaird location since last 2 years. Who so ever is the owner of these stores need to visit this store and fix these garbage things they are selling for so much higher prices. Customer is paying you for good food.
