The food was great, we had a few dishes extra, so we could sample more and potentially take home for the next day. Everything was great, the gnocchi was light fluffy just wonderful pillows of yummy, the veal parmigiana was delicious - not tough, sauce was excellent and the panzerotta were well done, not burnt, well filled. The sauces for them were ok, but in the gnocchi we had the spicy sauce- that was excellent, we used that as a dip for panzerotti. So, food is definitely the star, the plain sauce was truly plain (we recommend going spicy) and the only thing to realize is that this is a order-and-sit type place (not a fancy fancy) but slightly better than a hole-in-wall, the vibe is cozy/relaxed; you are getting 5 star food at a much more wallet friendly price, oh and the wine was good too - I didn’t have, only my wife did and she said it was one she liked, and had paid 3x at another restaurant for same glass

This place has gone down hill. Started going here about 5 or 6 years ago. Ordered over the phone and the total they quoted me was 15% higher than the total off the prices listed on their website AND on Skip the Dishes. So I cancelled my phone order and ordered through SkipTD. Then got our food and it was overall just "ok". The pizza and panz were good but nothing to write home about. I should have known better than to order Calimari from a pizza joint but I did and I regret it. It was greasy, rubbery and the portion size was very disappointing. Save your $12 (on the web price, probably higher if you order in person or by phone).

Went to Toronto for work, and surprise surprise, I got hungry, I found this Italian eatery by chance and decided to see what it was all about. The door was propped open and it smelled amazing so why not, Not a bad choice at all! The pizza was amazing, met the owner and he mentioned we should have gotten a pizza called "The Godfather" instead of my pepperoni with mushrooms which was still delicious. After explaining what "The Godfather" was how can a fat boy say no, of course we got a slice and by far one of the best pizza places I have ever been to. Will definitely go back when I make it back to Canada that is! 👍👍

I was here a few weeks back with a group of friends. If I could give this place no stars, I would. Other then a nice location and venue it had nothing to offer.

We sat at our table for 25 minutes before our drink order was taken, we also ordered apps.

30 minutes later, we got our drinks (they were good). Another 20 minutes to get our apps.

At this point it had been an hour and 15 minutes for apps and drinks. We waited another hour before asking about our meals. We were told they were coming and that it wasn’t there fault as the cook had just quit and the owner was cooking. No apology was made and they were very rude.

After being there for 3 hours, food started to trickle in. We got 2 meals every 15 minutes. The food was awful, it looked beautiful. However, it had absolutely no flavour. One of the “three cheese pastas” was noodles with water and had cheese sprinkles in the top. We never got our second drink orders, not sure what happened to them.

We got to a point where we wanted to complain to the owner but she refused to come out and offered a 40% discount. We were not happy with them as we wanted to pay for drinks only.

However, we asked for the bills and waited another 30 minutes for those. Worst dining experience I have EVER had.

I had placed a catering order with Tony the manager over the phone. I ordered 1 lasagna, 1 pasta and 30 pcs of Bruchetta.

He then repeated my order and confirmed the items I wanted to order. I requested for an order confirmation and was told they do not email receipts.I did not make anything of it and said okay.

The day of the order pick up we sent a family member to pick up the order and when it arrived to our home we were surprised the bruschetta was just plain toasted bread.

I called the store back and the first person to answer offered no apology for the error or any solution. He said based on the order that I ordered garlic bread. I explained that this was an error and not what ordered. HE JUST HUNG UP ON ME.

In shock, I called back and spoke to another person and he said too bad you have to call the manager on Monday. I asked if they can offer a refund on the bruchetta, or uber me my correct order. No help at all and offered no solution. He also just hung up on me.

I cant believe the poor service I got here and it was extreamly frustrating being left to serve the incorrect order.

also the bread was just plain toast... didnt even have garlic spread on it.

I will never go...

This place has not seen an Italian in their kitchen for a loooong time! Not every nationality can cook different nationalities foods. My first instinct was to turn around and walk out, should have done so. Ordered a meatball sandwich with cheese, non Italian guy #1 mutters to non Italian guy #2 and goes to freezer and takes out meatballs ( nothing says homemade like a plastic bag with frozen balls in it), walks into kitchen area and pops em in the microwave ( YUMMY, I'm drooling now just waiting for the deliciousness to follow) ! Pulls out a bun, slices it open and drops some sauce on it, I ask are you not going to put it in the oven and maybe toast it a bit and melt the cheese??? No we dont do that here non Italian #1 says to me as he plops the now nuked meatballs onto the now soggy sauced up bun, tosses a minimal amount of cheese on it, wraps her up and hands it over. This was the absolute worst sandwich I have ever had ( and i have had some bad ones)! The pizzas they had ready for slices looked equally horrific. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY FAR, FAR AWAY...
