This location is very close to my home. So i go there sometimes before work to get coffee or something to eat. Today also i went there on drive thru to have bagel. I customized it a little bit and ask for a hash brown and mayonnaise in it. When i got my order i drove up and checked my bagel in parking lot. Thr was no mayonnaise in it. Idonāt knw if the cashier didnāt listen properly or the team member forgot abt it. I went back to the drive thru and asked for mayonnaise. When i reached on the window cashied gave me mayo in container and i said her u can take my bagel back and put some mayo in it. And on that cashier said u can dip it. Imagine how can we dip a bagel in mayo. She asked one more team member (which i assume was shift manager) that customer is asking for mayo on the bagel. I asked that lady that I didnāt touch it u can take it back and put some on it. I was just handing bagel out of my car window by opening just the wrapper. That lady (shift manager) said āyou touch itā¦. You said you didnāt touch itā. Even though i was just holding it in open wrapping. She said it twice and then said someone very aggressivelyā¦. Ok make a new oneā¦. This whole situation was rude to me. So i left.
I work in kfc Tacobell for 5 years and I understand the value of speed of service. But that thing is making the hospitality zero. Every time i go there no one says welcomeā¦. I just gave my order of FV , till here she was listening to my voice very comfortably but after that i want to order for something to eat, I gave my order for Muffin but she said she didn't listen to what i said to her then i repeated it and she rudely gave the Answer NO, WE DON'T HAVE.
Then i ask for Cookies and Again Same Thing She Didn't Hear my Voice, In fact, I am Speaking very Clear and Soundable but Again and Again she said that CAN YOU SPEAK LOUDLY, I DIDN'T HEARD A SINGLE WORD FROM YOU!!!!!

I SPOKE IN SAME VOICE , THAT WHICH I GAVE ORDER FOR MY fv. But ShE Continously saying that she didn't Underatand. After that, She said that , COME TO WINDOW, I DIDN'T HEAR YOU.
And when i just approached the pickup window, she was going to confirm the order And then i Again Said that,
DO YOU HAVE THE COOKIES, YOU HAVE COOKIES !!!!

She just removed it from one side of ear and asked me,
WHAT , YOU ARE SPEAKING VERY SLOWLY, WHY !
Then i said with a confusing face , (( Because she said too much time that she didn't hear me up, so I was Just doubting that, REALLY !! I am Speaking THAT SLOW! ))

After That she heard me and told me that she had a Chocolate Chunk in COOKIES. Then i orderd 2 of Them.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreDear owner , well I donāt want to write my review publicly but i have to write it because it hurt me alot yesterday I already suffer from homesickness and all even though from last six months I did not get a job and with a hope I went your Tim Horton yesterday for seeking a job and I talked with one of your manager or supervisor i Donāt know who is she , she is very arrogant lady I ever met in my life even though from last six months I visited lots of branches and everyone talked very politely and with great manners but yesterday it was worst experience she talked damn rudely I donāt know whatās going on or not with her but she hurts my sentiments and believe me I donāt how you give her post of supervisor or manager you have to check behaviour of your employees dear owner PLEASE READ THIS , even though when I talked with her she in between refused my conversation and went further without completed my talk while happened this I again came to her and felt sorry if she mind but again she showed me her attitude and arrogant talked and hurt me again please report this because itās effect your branch and your customer and yesterday there were lots of customers who had there breakfast or lunch and she insulted me in front of all and your employees. AFTER FACED SUCH A HORRIBLE INCIDENT I NEVER EVER VISIT YOUR TIM HORTON .
