It's not the first time that I have ordered food from Silver spoon, but it's surely the last time!!! I had an issue may be a month ago where I found plastic bag piece in my chicken biryani, which I did complain about via your contact us on your website. Didn't get a response, I let it go as an oversight.
Today I ordered Veal biryani. I called ahead of time to check if it was available, Jasmin the server , said she'd check and if available will pack it, I gave her the option of giving me chicken biryani if Veal wasn't available. When I came in she said it was available, had it packed already. Once I reached home and I realized there were barely any veal pieces, I called back to speak to her. I must say she is ARGUMENTATIVE. just would not listen to me or let me talk. She said" I know, I have packed there are pieces. There are atleast 10 small pieces in each and so on and so forth. Then to shut me up in a Sarcastic tone she says, Kiran, come next time and I'll give you a complimentary Chicken biryani.
I never go back to return food, but this time I was really upset because I have always ordered from you guys and i know the portions and Jasmin's attitude didn't help one bit. I sorted all the pieces from the biryani which had 4 small pieces of bone and a few negligible pieces of meat which is not even enough for one biryani portion which you'll usually give. I took it back right away, the other server whose name i didn't ask, saw these pieces and the first thing she asks/ tell me " she must have charged you less.
Anyways after waiting for a couple of minutes Jasmin shows up with a Very DEFENSIVE attitude. And still continues to argue. And to top it all after seeing the pieces which I had put in a separate container, she accuses me and says, that's not all...trying to imply that I kept some meat at home !! I asked to speak to the owner or someone in charge and i get a response from the other server that she (jasmin ) is the Owner. If you are the Owner Jasmin, you need to get your attitude checked.
Bottom line, I retured the biryani took the money and walked out. My husband who came along with me said I should have not taken the money and left it as Niyaz.
My sincere request, train the staff to acknowledge and try to solve and diffuse the issue rather then arguing specially if you are in the wrong. It does not help. I am in a field where I deal with customers daily and know to acknowledge the issue and try to solve it even when I'm not in the wrong. Sometimes situations are out of our hands.
That being said, thanks to her attitude I discovered a nice place , Baigs Grill. Got my biryani from there, was late in serving my guests, but was totally happy with the food.
I am looking forward to some kind of a response from the real Owner's.

Read moreI am beyond disgusted of how poorly I’ve been treated at this location. I live 1 hour away from this location and I always order before hand. I’ve been nothing but a loyal customer that you guys should appreciate instead of turning away. There’s no sense of customer service, very poor attitude and disrespectful words used against me. I’ve asked the lady for details for a store manager or someone above her and she said “chef”. No common sense. I’ve never had an issue before until couple months now. Everytime I call there’s an excuse that the kitchen is closed even though it’s 1 hour before they close. What’s the point of being open till 10 and you don’t take orders. Very unprofessional and please teach your workers customer service. I have videos of how I was treated. I’ve requested many times for store manager or someone higher and no help or answer was provided other than “they aren’t available”. I hope someone higher can see this and get in contact with me otherwise I will put my voice out there and keep conveying my message to the community how poor the service is. I came in the shop with the reputation of client and I personally think there is no justification how I got treated as a client. I feel very disgusted and very insulted. If you are sincere with your business and care about client experience then I highly urge to the higher authority to investigate...

I spend 120$ today and all the FOOD was not good not the original taste...counter staff Raman, Kamal and manager Ali all. Scamming people saying it's original brand. Pls avoid this place. Owner pls. Talked to the manager at around 10am Feb 23,2024 and they confirmed that they are not part of original. Silver spoon and they are duplicate one and their taste are totally different. Asked for refund and they refused and told to through the food in garbage. No refund and not giving the owners name nor their phone number. He is very rude and not coming for any resolution.
Owner is lying they never called us. I called them but the store people not giving nor connecting to the owner. Bad customer support bad restaurant bad food.
