Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in Brampton

Honestly I am very disappointed with the service of the restaurant specially today. My friend and I walked in to get a bowl and a quesadilla after our gym session as we always do. The employee names “Hana” but I believe the name was a fake one as it was a brown male which was working on Feb 15 at 10:15 p.m provided a very bad customer service. My friend asked for a bowl while I was getting a quesadilla. In the beginning we notice that he was throwing around the bowl and tortillas wrap around as if he was in a rush. We didn’t say anything as we thought he was balancing between the two items. Then we noticed that he would start with my order and then throw her bowl over to do hers and vice versa. It got to the point where it was incomplete orders for the both of us. Before even finishing the order he began told us to pay first. Which wasn’t a problem. We let him know that it was separate orders. During the ordering experience he did not ask for any sauces so my friend spoke up and asked whether she could have some sort of sauce when asked, he stated that he already asked. He put the sauces on top of the lettuce as if it was like a here you happy now type of attitude. Then he provided the quesada and the bowl and did not provide any cutlery. Since I had paid for my order my friend simply asked to pay for hers. He told her it had been paid and we could go but my friend was nice enough to notify him that he hadn’t even punched in her order. Usually we get asked about combos or drinks or if we need anything else. He was so rushed to just push us out the door which I believe for a customer service point of view is very stupid to do especially cause we both were polite when speaking to them and entering. I go to this location quite often and the owner is always serving their customer with respect and always goes above and beyond in regards to the service. Hence we come so often and bring our business here. It’s upsetting and disheartening because this is the food the customer consume and being served liked this provides a very negative atmosphere. As we both have worked in fast food we understand that it gets exhausting and frustrating when you have customers that simply treat you with disrespect or are very rude. But we genuinely were nice and friendly but were taken back about the extent of the attitude...

I have visited this Hurontario location many times ever since it opened...I have to admit one thing the services have gone to the worst..as it is near to my home so I happened to go there again. We ordered two beans and veg quesadillas. The young man was very nicely making the food but the lady employee suddenly jumped in and stopped him to put enough beans,then she won't let him put pickle onions on it,then won't let him put dressing on it.. she said it will make her grill soggy and she doesn't want to clean it . The other young man said it is fine to do this but the lady won't listen and rudely announced that they will have to do her way..The young man was trembling and embarrassed. Some people are not meant for the food business.they are too boring to make delicious food. Actually this particular location has this problem that they are very rigid. If you ask for anything they simply deny it by saying that we don't do it this way. They put very less beans and veggies and if you object they ask for extra money. They seem to be saving on every single bean and every drop of dressing. I always try to visit other locations. We never have to deal with such situations there. We are not asking for extra food but at least make it generously..The dinner mood is totally...

Go to bar burrito across the road, they have staff which can attend to you with time rather than rushed disoriented food. My order was taken by girl who was prepping uber eats order. She decided to serve me instead even thought i told her i can wait because i do not like my food rushed. Its 3pm there are 0 customers no reason to rush. She decides to make my order, extremely rushed even as i am trying to slowing tell her what i wanted. Now the burrito is extra stuffed on one side and small on other end. I asked for a burrito not a sweet potato. When i raised my concern they began being rude like its fine. I am well experienced customer who has tried hundreds of chains and multiple locations to know which one does well. know well enough about quality and customer service. Assumed manager rushed over and decided to attend to me. I said please do not rush my food i have all the time in the world i was then given an aggressive attitude and said to me “this is how we do it here don’t like u can go” i walked out the store. I wasted my time energy and i am still hungry. Dont go here find another food place. You ll only be disappointed. Sadly their quality has be depreciating after covid as well as staff and...
