What a clown service! I started the Tiffin with them and it was fine until first month ended. After that, there have been regular delays with no early notice about the service delays. Also, when you contact them there is a rude girl that does not how to respond to the customer who will never apologize for the business’s fault. Here comes the main two reasons why I am writing this review. First one is, they started sending me multiple voicemails, sms, and email regarding an outstanding payment. I told them that I already made the payment when my monthly service renewed. But still they kept on sending it 8-9 days before the next month payment. I called them and they said this was the reminder for next month payment. I told them this is not how reminders work. Reminders should be sent 1-2 days before the payment is due. That was a bad experience there. The second reason is today, my Tiffin said it’s delivered but it actually was not. So, I called the helpline and the rude girl answered and said to you need to check again as it shows delivered on their end. She said check your footage so I told her ok if I will not find anyone coming to deliver then I will call you again. To my surprise, she said “don’t call us again, check properly on your side”. Is this the way how you should speak to a customer? Is this the right way of talking to a customer after they paid you huge amount of money?. Then I checked the footage and there was no one delivered the food. I called them back and the rude girl answered. I told her I have the footage and it shows nobody came here at the time it showed delivered. She said she has the photo of it getting delivered. Please someone tell her that the camera footage does not lie. She was not willing to accept that and said if you feel like it happened you can pick up your Tiffin from us today. I started my tiffin service last month. The food was somewhat good, but after 10 days, the food quality went from good to worse. I complained about it, but the staff was very rude and adamant about not accepting their mistakes. Then they delivered someone else's tiffin, I complained about it again and the same girl. The same behavior. There is no resolution to any problem whatsoever.
I had already paid for next month's tiffin and I asked for a refund. I emailed them on 5th September 2023 and got no reply. My tiffin service was stopped effective immediately. The refund wasn't even initiated yet. I called them inquiring if they had initiated a refund? She said we haven't got any email yet.
Simple thing "* if they haven't received any email yet, then how did they stop my tiffin?"* I emailed them again, mentioning that this the 2nd email. How dumb of her to give me the same reason that they haven't received any emails. I asked her name and she said her name's "KIRAN" . After a couple of days, I called again the same person on call, the same voice, the same dumb behavior the same girl, this time she said her name is "Gurleen" The third week. I went to their location at 21 Regan Rd, Brampton, ON L7A 1B2. I called them again, and the same girl with the same response. I asked her name and she said that her name's "KULBIR" I asked other staff members if any girl named "KIRAN" "GURLEEN" OR "KULBIR" works there? They replied only "KULBIR" works here. I recently visited Sanjhi Rasoi in Brampton,
located at 1 Regan Rd Unit 19, Brampton, ON L7A 1B8, and was left feeling extremely frustrated. Despite the restaurant being completely empty, our experience was marked by several issues.
Price Discrepancy: The website listed a price of $10.99/plate for 2 Parathas, Home Made Butter, Yogurt, and Achaar. However, we were charged $15.99 on the menu. When I asked the waiter about the difference, she showed a lot of attitude and seemed unhelpful.
Long Wait Times: We waited for over 40 minutes for our order to arrive, and an additional 20 minutes for the parathas. Didnt Apologize at all very disappointing, especially considering the restaurant was empty.
Poor Service: The staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves in the kitchen than attending to our needs. We had to ask multiple times for water, which was not provided promptly.
Disorganized Service: After waiting for 40 minutes, the staff gave us a plate with dahi and achaar while we were still waiting for our parathas. It took an additional 20 minutes for the parathas to arrive. The service was disorganized, and it seemed like the staff were not communicating effectively with each other.
Conclusion: Given these issues, I would not recommend Sanjhi Rasoi to anyone. The experience was disappointing, and I feel like my money and time were wasted.
