Amazing experience. The first KFC that I have honest come into contact that has a 10/10 clean tables n counters. Clean bathrooms. The customer service was amazing. From the fist contact the greeting was pleasant. We did not at all dureing the order process feel guilty of taking our sweet time. We asked which combination of items would be cheaper overAll value. They help to save me just over 8 bucks on our order. We received our cups as usual and few minutes later we received our meals. All on seperate trays. Awsomes . then I realized they went ahead and gave napkins 6 each onstead of 1 lol I use my hand on fried chicken not a cry baby using folk Welll that all good server adds of we wanted our condiments from ketchup to hot sause server hooked it up. All this time I thought U dont get a dip sause for tenders as other server never once informed me of that choice. Its a break thru in life as I was able to get 2 dips of my choice. Other location dont care or not informing customer of opions avaidable at these kfc toco bell locations. I dare near the front counter and that same service was repeated like clock work. For 45 min that once server continued to thrive more that other server in other locations. I thought people just dont care anymore. Server gave home to the human race again thanks. Since this is the location closest to our home we order from there but we will no longer be doing so and i definitely will not be reccomending that location to anyone.
When you go order in person its a long wait period, if you order pick up you have to wait another 10-20 mins even if you arrive after the pick up time, and when you order delivery they are late. Today it was one hour late after delivery time. Also they always mess up the order or forget to put items.
I called customer service they tried to connect me to store manager, well the phone rang and rang until it disconnected. Called customer service back they tried reconnecting me and someone actually picked up, her name was Priya. They advised that its the drivers fault and that there is nothing they can do except provide a complementary small fries or salad i said I don't need a complimentary small fries I just needed my food. I then asked for the manager/franchisees name and she said she could not provide any of that info to me.
Overall horrible service and customer relations, if you want a correct order in a timely manner with good customer service...... this is definitely not the...

I am manager of a place ( chicken place too )since past 5 years but have never seen such untrained and unprofessional staff . They have wrong information online on google maps same everywhere that they close 1 am but fact is when you go there and try to order their door is open and manager says can you close door and get out and come through drive through . We were 5-6 all different customers whom the manager talked to like this and said she dont want to swrve anyone and argueed for around 10 minutes that they are right their online timing is right despite of a customer showed her his phone and she could not find anywhere where its written they close at 11 . It was all 1 am , she still kept arguing and did 0 apology for the inconvenince caused to customers due to their wrong timings , still open doors and denial to serve . I saw another customer from same visit posted a review . I will like to file official complain with headquaters too for this serious complain against manager ment , theyr night manager and staff . Is it customer responsibility to lock door if restaurant is closed wagianst their protocols...
