Horrible Service!! I called to place an order for delivery. As I started my order the guy cut me off right away and said we don't delivery that and was about to hang up. I stopped him and told him I have more to order. I continued to place the rest of my order... Small pepperoni pizza, XL 3 topping pizza, 12 Wings and 2 Pops. He said it was $52 and some change. I asked if there were any deals he immediately said no maam. I was on their website and noticed they had a Pizza & Wing combo. I again questioned him and he responded "no that's with 16 wings" I asked if it would work out to be cheaper he insisted its more but he would give it to me for $57. I agreed. I Out of curiosity I went on their website and tried to place the same order to see how much of a discount" I was given. To my surprise, it was $52 NOT $57!! Not only did he not tell me about their special, he also overcharged me and made it seem like he was doing me a favor. I let it go didn't want to bother I just wanted my pizza and then never order from them again. After waiting 50 minutes for my pizza I decided to call and find out what they delay was. This time a lady answered, she said that the driver is on his way. I hung up and waited...after another 20 minutes I called back again to ask what the delay was. Again, "the driver will be there in less than 5 minutes". I waited...10 minutes past. By this time I was fed up with waiting and did not want their pizza anymore. I called them to cancel the order. A woman answered she said that driver will be there in 5 minutes. I told her that I don't want the pizza anymore she said ok and hung up. A couple minutes later I get a call from the guy saying that the delivery guy will be there shortly. I told him that it shouldn't take an hour and a half for a pizza and that I was continuously being lied to. He was very rude and arrogant, no apologies, no offer to compensate for the inconvenience. He said just leave it and hung up. I tried calling back but they did not answer any of my calls. In conclusion RUDE, SLOW, CUNNING AND...

Not sure why there is a price discrepancy with the website and phone orders. Online if I put in my order and address, after tax, on the final page my order was $17.85. When I called on the phone, the lady didn't tell me the price but it ended up being 20.50 at the door.

It took over 50 mins to get here. Maybe it was busy. Don't know. I specifically asked for the debit/credit machine since I didn't have cash. She showed up, called and said she couldn't walk to my door since there was snow (fair enough, but there wasn't that much) so she suggested I open the garage. No problem.

She says she forgot the machine and asks I pay with cash. Not sure if this is an accident or what, but I don't have that much cash on me and end up scrambling to find enough to cover it using change. She seems nice enough and apologetic.

The pizza is also okay. It's warm still when I get it but not hot. Lacking in flavour. Not enough cheese. I ordered green peppers, mushrooms, feta cheese, and black olives. It's 90% green peppers, very little other toppings. Not enough cheese in general, but they definitely skimped on the feta. Sauce is lacking taste. Overall kind of bland pizza, nothing to write home over. The dipping sauce is good though.

Not sure what happened here today but it wasn't a positive experience, but wasn't really negative either. I don't think I will...

I am feeling so bad while putting this review, am an old customer of this store, ordering from here from last 2 years, and always introduce infront of my new friends. Today, i called the store to order and make sure they deliver to my door-step. I am paying delivery fee as well as always give tip to the driver, i never mind to get my order from downstairs outside as i live in the apartment but today, i was not feeling well and was feeling like having covid symptoms that is why i was delivering my order to my unit outside but they say we have only policy to deliver food oustide and you have to come downstairs outside to get your order but if you want delivery like as you want then you have to order through skip or uber, i mean what the heck, i give your drivers $8 everytime for delivery and today i get to know what their policies are and forcing me to order from uber or skip as I don't use it that's why am asking for their delivery services and am ready to pay man.... Really disappointed no matter if there food is good but with there other services disappointed, no store manager is there to talk, no owner, and no solution for that 💔. What if someone is ordering the food for their senior citizen. Really bad man. And other sad thing is, they never inform you about there delivery policies while ordering pizza or food for...
