Long time Starbucks customer here.
If option to give this store minus stars I would.
Let’s keep in mind after a few times of visiting this store I haven’t never been happy, specifically with they’re service.
Not only do they NOT have friendly service, they DO NOT acknowledge you if you are waiting at the “Mobile pick-up” area.
Now, I’m not saying they have to greet me, but, if I’ve been waiting a while, patiently I might add, the least they can do is ask if I’m waiting for a mobile, as some locations do leave it at the drive-thru counter. That, is something to write about my next visit, maybe.
But today is the last time I’ll be coming here. Not only had I waited well over 15min in the store for my mobile I was starting to think they didn’t have it at all.
Well, as my suspicions of their lack of good service tells me, it was not the case. They haven’t even started my drink and the same person that was taking orders at the counter was also making the orders. Let me inform you, there were 7 employees behind the counter. YES, you heard right! 7!!
Now let’s eliminate the one person that is taking drive-thru orders, ok fine, that leaves us with 5. Next, the person making orders, plus taking them at the front counter, now 4. Let me tell you what the other 4 were doing… one was cleaning/mopping, very slowly I might add, another employee was talking to that employee cleaning, one would pop out from the back area every once-in-a-while, with stuff in their hands and another was just going back and forth from the drive thru area. Now don’t ask me what the last person was doing, cause they were making drinks, from what I can see, they too were tucked in the drive-they corner.
You would think with 7 employees, maybe more they would be on top of things and moving quickly to get orders complete.
Btw, 2 customers before me were not happy at all, let’s just hope they can take the time to write a review as well and bring the stores stars down, May it trigger to either hire more competent people or just retrain what they...

When I walked into this location I notice this women at the front desk she wasn't super smiley but she noticed me right when I came in and gave me eye contact. I order a cookie and a coffee. I didn't have my app open right away and apologized because I noticed someone was waiting behind me. She told me it was no problem smiled and cashed the other person on the other screen very quickly. I now felt like I was annoying because I asked her to scratch my order I only want to buy the cookie because I was two points away from a free drink. she simply told me no problem... When I order my drink this lady suggested things to me that I wouldn't of even thought of and even offered to warm my cookie. I declined on the warming of my cookie but went with her suggestion of espresso. When I was waiting for my coffee I noticed my cookie was a bit hard so I asked her for a new one. She said the cookies are pretty much the same but if I warm it .. it will taste much better. I was given my coffee and a nicely warmed cookie.. when I left I went to take another bite of my cookie and to my surprise danielle even gave me another one !!!!
Danielle needs to get recognized because it was so refreshing to receive such wonderful service. It is so hard to come by. Thanks for making my afternoon amazing . Thank you and I appericate you Danielle. Also Starbucks can you hire more employees like...
Read moreWhere do we start. Customer service…what customer service. Yes they were busy but we weren’t even acknowledged. There were employees moving around very fast but the didn’t seem to be doing anything. Some of the other customers there were becoming very impatient. Than we stood in line for quite a while after we ordered 2 Frappuccinos. Some people came in after us and got their order before us. It definitely wasn’t an online order because we saw them order through the same employee. And the poor Uber Eats guy was waiting there forever as well. He definitely wasn’t happy. We finally got our Frappuccinos and there was no taste to them. The employee ended up remaking one of them but for some reason it tasted worse. He made it seem like it was an inconvenience for him to remake it. We’ve had issues with this same location before but we figured we would try it out again because maybe they were having a bad day. I don’t know what’s going on with that place but maybe some employees need customer service training. Just to make things clear we were not rude customers at all because we know what it’s like deal with Karen’s. Definitely going to avoid...
