If I could give 0 stars I would. Do NOT buy from Best Buy. I bought an âexcellent conditionâ refurbished sound bar and subwoofer and when I got it, it didnât even turn on. Sent in the video proof and sent the unit back with Best Buyâs shipping label. As per the tracking, it was delivered and for two months now I have to call basically every day to remind Best Buy that Iâm still waiting for my refund. The sellerâs response, every time, is that theyâre still trying to locate the package in the warehouse. Best Buy is considering this an acceptable response as nothing is being done from their end, I have to call every day and say itâs irrelevant if they locate or not the package. The tracking says it was received on their end. What happens after that is not my problem. My case has been escalated multiple times and I have spoken with customer service reps and supervisors that all say, ârest assured, youâll get your money backâ, âsomeone will contact you in the next 24hrsâ, âthe leadership team & market place team are specializedâ. Iâve heard the entire handbook. Iâve never received a call or email back. The staff are not equipped to properly deal with these situations and all âpoliciesâ regarding Marketplace sellers have all been thrown out the window. This is the worst customer service experience Iâve ever had, no consideration at all for the customer. If Best Buy truly wants to improve their service and fix these problems, staff should be able to issue full refunds to the customer and Best Buy gets the money back from the seller. And the experience is worst I wanted to replace the fridge in my house The experience with the delivery was the worst .the guys refused the haul the fridge away from the house they said they found some roaches in the fridge and refused to haul away . I am shocked that a company like Best Buy can recruit and continue to retain such horrible staff despite so many negative reviews here. We bought a 36-inch Whirlpool refrigerator in June 2023. Please bear the following in mind. We were under the impression that this clearance center of Best Buy keeps scratch & dent and open box items. This is not true. The fridge we bought was a used fridge; worst it had left over food stains and food particles all over and we had to spend several hours thoroughly cleaning it. Carry a torch with you because the lighting there is poor and make sure you thoroughly check the entire product inside out with your torch before you finalize. There is no one there to answer any kind of questionsâits take it or leave it kind of place. They have a no return policy, so make sure your inspection is thorough and donât forget to take the pics of existing dents & scratches.
