We visited Hero Certified Burgers in Brampton while visiting from Chicago, and it honestly made our day. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant was spotless, and the gentleman who helped us couldn’t have been more kind and welcoming. He walked us through the menu, answered all our questions, and made ordering so easy and friendly.

The ambience was great — clean, relaxed, and you could immediately feel the quality and care they put into the whole experience.

We ordered two burgers, regular fries, sweet potato fries, and an iced coffee — and every single thing was outstanding. The burgers were packed with flavor, and you could immediately taste how fresh and high-quality every single ingredient was. The toppings tasted like they were prepared that day — crisp, vibrant, and bursting with flavor. Everything had a real homemade feel, like it was made with care instead of rushed. Even the fries were perfect — hot, crispy, and not greasy at all. The iced coffee was also fresh and delicious, the perfect touch to round out the meal.

I decided to go with the Hero Signature Burger, and wow—this burger lived up to the hype! The beef patty was unbelievably juicy and perfectly seasoned, with a nice sear on the outside while staying tender inside. The fresh, soft bun held everything together without getting soggy, and the toppings were just as impressive—crisp lettuce, sharp pickles, and gooey, melted cheese that complemented the patty perfectly. Each bite was a perfect balance of flavors.

The burgers are absolutely delicious. I had 2 hero certified burgers with sweet potato fries and ancho chipotle sauce on the side with fountain.

Compliments: Taste: Absolutely delicious. Look: Served right 2 nicely built burgers with the with just the right finesse. Sound: The patty was moist and juicy with the right amount fo crisp. Service: Excellent service by the lady in kitchen.

Complains: Attention to owner: The guest WIFI doesn't connect. I tried using 2 different phones. The Hero Burger App doesn't recognize this store during search and I can't order from online to this store. Please contact corporate office. The fountain drinknis standard despite the good quality of food and service. Please update your fountain drinks with the flavour options similar to other hero burgers.

Despite all this I still gave you a five star because of food quality and service.
