Subway — Restaurant in Brampton

(DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION) Never had such a bad experience in subway but this was terrible veggies were not fresh either the bread was not fresh but still they burned my bread and it was not left as a bread it was to hard to eat and it went crispy and the lady with turban was too rude and i had a footlong and told her to cut into half she didn’t even cut that into equal pieces then at end i asked her for cup of water or something to drink at room temperature but she refused it that you have to pay for the whole drink if you want the cup of water like it was so...

I visited this Subway location today, expecting it to open at 11:00 AM as posted. I arrived at 10:55 and the girl working inside told me they weren’t open yet. I said no problem and came back at 11:05, but she still said they weren’t ready because the equipment wasn’t set up. Had I waited another 15-20 minutes and went back in she might have made another excuse.

If you say you open at 11, be ready to serve at 11. Even Google says this location opens at 10. The time isn't the issue — it’s the poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Very...

Extremely poor customer service! While the girl making my order of 3 subs completely stops making them to help a pick up order. Then decides to help the person behind me making the other persons order, cashes that person out. Goes back to making my order, then takes a personal phone call.
