I noticed on one of my visits there, one of the female servers, once a fresh pot of Oxtail came out, she immediately got herself a large container, filled it with rice and peas, and stacked HUGEE amounts of oxtail into the container. Mind you, there was nobody else ordering that she could have been making it for. That container was for HERSELF TO EAT. My friend and I were shocked at the huge amounts of oxtail she added into her own mean container, while she gave my friend only small pieces of oxtail, almost grudgingly. The store itself is dated and to some it may seem run down, however the staff and colorful individuals in the store create a bright and friendly atmosphere with a strong sense of community.
