Tim Hortons has always been a go-to spot for me, and my recent experience was no exception. The warm ambiance, coupled with the comforting aroma of freshly brewed coffee and baked goods, made my visit absolutely delightful.
What truly stood out this time was the exceptional service provided by Rimaljeet Kaur Sandhu. She greeted me with a bright smile and ensured that my order was perfect. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to making customers feel valued, and Rimaljeet truly exemplifies excellent customer service.
The food, as always, was delicious. The Tim Hortons classic French Vanilla was rich and creamy, and the freshly prepared Turkey Bacon Club was flavorful and satisfying. The donuts were soft and fresh – the Boston Cream, in particular, was heavenly!
Rimaljeet's professionalism and her ability to manage even a busy rush hour with grace and efficiency impressed me greatly. She took the time to answer my questions about the menu, making thoughtful suggestions that perfectly suited my preferences.
Tim Hortons is lucky to have someone like Rimaljeet on their team. Her commitment to excellence and genuine warmth make me look forward to my next visit. Highly...
Read moreI’ve always been a loyal Tim Hortons customer, but I really miss the old Tim’s. There was a time when you could count on friendly service and a consistent experience. I still remember when being greeted at the drive-thru with a standard “Welcome to Tim Hortons, can I take your order?” was the norm—it made the visit feel welcoming.
Now, even ordering something as simple as a large orange pekoe tea feels like I’m asking for the most complicated item on the menu. I’ve had to repeat myself several times, and on one occasion I didn’t realize until I was halfway to my destination that I’d been given a coffee instead. That was really upsetting.
When I’ve had to go inside, the donut display has been full of flies. It’s honestly disgusting, and the food I’ve received often looks unappealing and hard to enjoy. On top of that, the drive-thru experience is frustrating—there’s such a huge language barrier that it makes placing an order stressful instead of quick and easy.
Tim’s used to be a place I could count on for good service, quality food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I truly hope they take these issues seriously, because a lot of us miss what Tim Hortons used to be.
Ps. I would rate this place zero stars but that's...
Read moreBrand new Tim Hortons in the Petro Canada. I was pretty excited to see one open close to where I live. Unfortunately this location has really bad growing pains and needs a reassesment of the traffic that comes into this location. I usually get gas here during the morning rush hour (6:30am 7am). I have been there 3 days in row and I have experienced different issues each time. Proudct not out in displays, staff unaware of pricing of goods, POS terminals not working or not telling people in line that its cash only or the lack of empathy and awareness of customers waiting because the 1 person assisting a guest can't find pricing for a box of tea and then proceeds to call the manager on the phone while the line up of 4-5 people wait for service and then the other staff walking around in the backround grabbing a coffee for herself while the line up grows. I understand that the store is new, but Tim Hortons or the franchisee should be doing their best to make a good impression on customers that now are excited to see a Tim Hortons in their area.
Suggestions for the business: Another staff member during busy periods. Dedicated coffee lane Staff awarness training (be mindful of customers waiting) Staff...
