Wild Wing Roadhouse — Restaurant in Brampton

If I could give this a negative grade I would! I placed an order over the phone. They told me it would take 15 minutes. I arrived at exactly 15 minutes to pick up my order. When I walked in the woman by the bar (the only staff I could see) was chatting with two men. I waited patiently assuming they were customers until I overheard the conversation. They were clearly familiar with each other. She walked away and came back with change to give him and as she handed it to him she finally asked me what I would like. I began my sentence the gentleman said something and she literally cut me off mid sentence to respond to him. It wasn't even about the restaurant it was a personal statement then she just kept talking to him for atleast another 3 minutes in which she made sexual references to him. COMPLETELY INNAPROPRIATE. I am not a prude by far but I've worked in customer service for years and would never say these things in front of a customer.

She eventually stopped talking to him and asked me again what I was there for. I started again and explained I had called in an order, mind you I arrived like 5 minutes ago when my order should have been ready. She tells me she has to ask another girl and leaves calling for another staff member who was busy literally doing all the work. She was bussing tables, asking the 5 or 6 customers how they were, and cleaning the tables. She came over and took my payment then told me my food was not ready and to take a seat. I'd like to point out this waitress was very attentive and was not acting like the other. I sat there for another 15 minutes waiting ontop of the initial 5 and the other chick continued talking with those men. Then went out for a smoke break and that was all I saw her do the whole time i was there. Meanwhile the other girl checked up on me and apologized for the wait.

I will never return to this location. Never go to this one! If you must go to one go to the airport location that one is a dream! This was not my first bad encounter but definitely the last. For what it was worth the...

Extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service, customer service and the overall level of professionalism in the place. To begin with, my wife and I ordered drinks the fishbowl drink came in a regular wine glass with no liquor inside, mind you it was supposed to be 3 oz of liquor in it and it had nothing. They were guilty so they ended up giving an extra shot with the drink, when the bill came the drink was $14.99 versuses the menu price of $11.99. The rude waitress said the menu prices changed and that was her excuse? Also, the wings we ordered had no flavor, we ordered the dry season southern heat wings and ended up getting fried chicken instead, the waitress said it was hot for her and didn't want to even try it to see where we were coming from. FULL OF EXCUSES, then we had to pay extra for celery and carrots that came wet and only two pieces of each. I mean as a food critic be more wise and senseable especially when your customer orders food, bring it out, don't have them keep asking for it. Honestly it is my first and last experience at this location, I am NEVER visiting a wild Wings franchise ever again. These people have tarnished the reputation of the company and nothing can fix the fact that this place has gone down the drain and will never ever be the same again. I’ve been to multiple wild wings and my experience here was absolutely terrible. I never write reviews but I cannot forget my experience at this wild wings. To start, I was with my family and majority of the wings were raw and bloody. As aforementioned above, I don’t write reviews nor do I ever complain. However, I had to complain about how raw these were because out of 10 orders of wings, a good amount were raw. When I complained, at first, she didn’t believe me. When I showed photos up close of the wings, the server finally agreed that they were raw. She first told me we could only get a new set of wings for the 10 orders, but we did not want to eat another batch from there. Next, she gave us 10% saying it was the most she could do. Then she came back with 25% off. When we paid, the total was $230, which was weird because it should’ve only came to $127. When I asked about the price, she FOUGHT me over the price saying that everything was right. However, once glancing at the receipt, I noticed that she overcharged us. She still fought with me over the price, and when I asked her the amounts of the food, she threw the menu at me at told me to calculate it myself! So, I did. And I only came up to $127. I had to help HER calculate and at first she only gave me $20 back, then after I had to talk to her for so long she finally realized she was wrong and gave me the proper amount of money back.
