I canât even begin to explain⊠First the atmosphere and service is so imprisoning. The staff walk multiple trips around you repeatedly making you feel so alienated. When we would be the only customers in one section many of them would just do repetitive laps while excessively starring. Theyâre tactic is to slowly push out the customers however, they are not as settle as they think. Our drinks were both taken half full to get refilled but never brought back to us. Theres the first 9 dollars ripped off. Then they start to take your utensils repeatedly from you table LITERALLY while in use. When you get up to get more food they stare at you in the most uncomfortable, judging way that made me want to leave immediately for the horrific service. I repeatedly kept getting small plates while my boyfriend got one massive one and in the end ate more than me so this plate judging doesnât make sense. This is actually my second time there with both the same experiences. The end is where the real kicker is⊠Although i still wasnât full we were really uncomfortable and fed up so we went to leave thinking the total would be $50 MAX. Mind you the prices are posted on the door in small print but they should still tell you before they seat you because we wouldnât have gone if we knew, but no. This place will milk your wallet empty, for one person the set price on at Saturday is $40 not including the scamming additional fees. âFree re-fill drinksâ, extra left over crumbs on your plate, and honestly probably even bathroom privileges (which were gross). The total for us two was just under $100 and itâs impossible to get that much moneys worth there. Even the first time we went it was supposed to be $18 per person but left with it being $80 for two, HOW? They charged us for the 3 nasty sushis and crumbs then charged again for us to take it home rather than it being thrown out. This ruined our celebration both times and destroyed our wallets each time thinking we were saving money. I actually HATE THIS BUSINESS! Sad because I love buffets and this one has the best selection but honestly these people should not own a restaurant or anything within the customer...

Itâs a buffet restaurant so eat all you can but they refill the food at very slowly especially if that one was the customer best choice among the dish.
Did the owners have an idea about what happenstance during payment at the counter? They forced the customer to send a tip every time they eat at the restaurant. They demand a tip which start at the lowest price of $5 dollar and if the customer declined it or says âNOâ they still asked it multiple times and goes like this âWould you like to give $5 dollar tip for me?â. I remember there was a time that my bill is too high and my explanation during payment was âCan I send lower than $5 because I donât have extra moneyâ the cashier didnât response on my question yet? But shows a sad face reaction and still asking again âOnly $5 dollarâ and still waiting to send a tip. As a customer they are the one who is responsible to give a tip depends on how you assist or treat them or if they like your service, but by demanding for a tip is not our obligation.
The staff especially the waitress was not there to assist you all the time and they just only communicate on you during at first you enter at the restaurant because they bring you in the table number after that they never talked to you.
They have a claw machine thatâs open for kids but when if its âout of stockâ they sell the small stuff toy in a very high price of â$9.99...
Read moreWow this place was great! We've been travelling thru Canada and stopped at various Chinese buffet restaurants and this is the best we've had. My husband loved the sushi, my son raved about the cheese crab and was very happy to also have french fries and onion rings. We came at an odd time, around 330pm and therefore it was empty but by the time we left just before 5pm it was starting to fill up. The decor itself is new, modern, reminded me of PK Chang's near Disneyland. The bathroom was probably one of the nicest I've seen. Pristine as well. Staff took our drink order, checked on us and asked if everything was good, and asked if we wanted refills. She then told my husband that she had charged us lunch prices based on when we showed up but he had taken a plate of "dinner" food (they change the menu I guess). We offered to pay the dinner price for him, but she asked if he would get more and he said no, so she said it was okay and not to worry about it. She was very nice about it. Good value! We are used to paying much more back home. If we ever come through Brandon again we will...
