Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Brantford

I thought this would be the #1 pizza for me as soon as I took the first bite out of Meatzaa (and I initially rated it 5 stars as well). Short answer: They are not the best. (Sigh 😕😔)

Their toppings were really flavourful compared to the rest and they dont try to cheap out on the amount of toppings. They also seemed to have perfected the amount you need to cook the ingredients to make to most juciest and most flavorful pizza I had tasted in Canada.

BUT

Like everything in life good times only last that long. As we took more pizzas from them I realized it must be about the person who is cooking it. Sometimes the pizza was just bone dry and wrinkled toppings (see below) and sometimes the base sauce + pepperoni = too salty. They are still quite good but I cannot in good faith keep them at five stars at the moment.

Oh by the way... Meatzaa for the win !!! =) (and stay away from Philly Steak pizza... dont say I didn't...

This has been my go to pizza place until yesterday. After a marathon day of tasks (6 hours) which I had planned to end with a delicious pizza I could not have been more disappointed. I ordered it at 8:30 PM and went home (I live around the corner) to drop off groceries and shopping. Returned at the schedule time to find the staff figuratively scratching their heads and ultimately offering me two similar pizzas (sub pepperoni for bacon) (I had ordered one) or wait while they made mine. I was so tired and hungry and did not want to wait so took the pizzas and went home to find they were dried out and appear to have been sitting on the shelf for some time. I suspect they never made mine to begin with and decided to foist these on me to cover their error. It is sad that this outlet has deteriorated to this extent and that the experience has made me decide to return to Maria's Pizza instead of...

The customer service at this location is lacking if not non existant. Manger took my complaint and informed me that "actually you ordered it wrong online" with a snarky attitude. I apologized for my error online and ask she hear out my complaint because it happens often. She then proceed to tell me that the last time i complained about my order they basically sent out a new pizza to shut me up but insisted i ordered it wrong also. (Which i did not and wish i still had the box) The manager did not give her name and was more concerned about telling me I was wrong rather then hearing out my legitimate complaint. I don't always order under my account so her telling me I'm basically lying was the icing on the cake. We will NEVER order from this place again. All i want is no cheese. When I order w no cheese their is a reason. Just...
