Shawarma Brantford Pita Plus — Restaurant in Brantford

I had high hopes seeing as this was the only Shawarma place in Brantford, but was let down a bit. Maybe I'm spoiled since I live in Hamilton with a shawarma shop on every corner, but this place didn't taste like a shawarma. I got the chicken shawarma plate with veggies. First they use sriracha for their hot sauce, first time I've seen that. As a result the taste was much different.

The chicken they used isn't marinated well, and I'm pretty sure they don't have an actual shawarma rotisserie. The vegetebles weren't too tasty and the turnips had a totally different taste then what I'm used to getting on Shawarmas.

On the positive side of things, the service was very nice. Really hoping they make changes. Maybe have the owner visit a few Shawarma shops in Hamilton and see how those...

The best shawarma I have ever eaten.My husband and I moved to Brantford from Hamilton about 4 years ago. We were in search of a new shawarma place (Hamilton has so many!) that served chicken shawarma on rice. We tried every shawarma place in Brantford and landed on Pita plus being our last to try. I am embarrassed of how many times we have come back here! The chicken is always good quality, the garlic sauce is to die for!! My husband and I both agree the customer service is great, the food is prepared in a timely manner and it is so delicious!! You must try this place! Keep this local food...

When I was a student there I used to go there regularly because I was hooked! Their shawarma fries is so good! This restaurant is halal! Their veggies and sauces are mouthwatering. Even when we’re done eating the fries, we keep eating the sauce. The knew me very well and the owner was so nice! The manager was amazing, Alex was very sweet! He would make the food with so much love! And I even got my entire family hooked onto it. I miss it to this day, and when I try other shawarma places, it doesn’t taste the same as this. Nothing can beat this restaurant! Need to get it...
