Taco Bell — Restaurant in Brantford

I wish google would allow a no star review.. it's not even deserving of the one star. Much like someone said previously, I hardly leave reviews but this place was so awful it wouldn't be right of me not to warn the general public to save their money and their time.

My partner and I ordered fry supremes with our meals, after a long wait we were served fries, cheese, and sour cream. I took them back and requested new ones. After yet again, another long wait we were given fries, cheese and finally the meat. I approached again asking for the tomato to which I was tossed a container of diced tomatoes and scoffed at. My partner and I portioned out the tomatoes and when he went to bite his he realized his replacement from the first incident may have been lacking tomatoes but was not lacking hair.. I took that one fry supreme back for a refund.

I almost forgot, while waiting for the fry supremes to be remade the first time my husband brought up his crunchwrap because he had ordered the double crunchwrap or whatever it's called but realized it was lacking in the ingredients big time so how could it be the double? The cashier argued with me demanding I bring up mine (which was just a regular crunchwrap) to prove we weren't trying to get a second double crunchwrap for free.

The food was wrong, and lacking in ingredients as if the toppings come out of the employees pay cheques.

The wait was long.

The staff were miserable and horrifically...

By far the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to. We ordered the crunchwrap supreme and 2 hard taco supreme combos and find out after that they are out of tomatoes. Then they give us one of the pops half full, had to get it topped up. Then there was the food itself...

If you are looking for tortilla, lettuce and sour cream crunchwraps and tacos then this is the Taco Bell for you.... Crunchwrap was paper thin so I knew something was up. opened it up and there was maybe a teaspoon of meat on one corner of the cruchwrap and the same on the tacos. I rarely complain about food but $13 for a lettuce and sour cream crunchwrap supreme and oversalted fries was ridiculous. I brought the crunchwrap back and complained this time and while they looked annoyed they agreed to make another. Made no difference... the second one was just as bad but had more cheese in it.

Save your money and go to one of the other food places at Lyndon mall... these people are cheap, stingy and have no idea what...

I explicitly ordered vegetarian mexican pizza and was given beef. Because of my religious beliefs I cant still not imagine I eat one piece of it not knowing. The person I went back said most Indians really like beef so I didn’t hear vegetarian. Being a cashier you need to hear what is asked and would have been nice if he would have acknowledged his mistake instead I was told to ask next time for beans - why the hell you have in your menu vegetarian written??? You should write bean up on your display as well. I really feel bad that not knowing I ate beef and I am sure if it was someone else they must have made a big deal out of this as it is a big deal. I would not recommend anyone this location where customers...
