KFC — Restaurant in Brantford

This is hands down the worse KFC I have ever been to with this being a brand new restuarant I was no quick to judge...my 1st experience fries and chicken were both overcooked I let that with them only being open for a week or so much 2nd experience the chicken was so over cooked it inedible (pictures posted) I called the store and talked with the manager and see told me I need to bring the chicken in RT NOW or it must not have been that overcooked. I explained to her I was not about to get my 3 kids dressed to go out get in the car to return their mistake and ask her what she could do for me at which time she offered me 5% off my next bucket of chicken!!! Are u for real i didn't tell her what i wanted to tell her to do with that 5% off. So 3rd experience i went into the store which the other 2X I had gone thru the DT so I thought going in might make the difference. I walk into an empty lobby with 1 lady placing her order, I could see 2 people standing in the drive thru with no cars and 2-3 people in and out from the kitchen. The lady was struggling to understand the coupon to the young man's credit working the inside counter he was really trying to explain things to her while me and 3 others waited and waited and waited 11mins to place an order all while the other staff were doing NOTHING!!! so you tell me why the manger could not have 1.come up and explain things to the older lady while other orders were taken or .... The manager could have come up and taken the other orders???? As someone who worked in customer service this is exactly what should have happened before myself and the other gentlemen left in frustration. This store needs some MAJOR HELP WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AS A NEW RESTUARANT YOU ARE NOT DOING WELL AT ALL!!! If anything I think Harvey's should have to write tou a letter of thank you for sending them so much business because of lack of training...

It was my first time at this restaurant. I attended to use coupons I received in the mailbox. I wanted to order 2 famous chicken sandwiches advertised for $15. I was told they did not have them as soon as I showed up. I debated leaving but ordered another meal. When I got to the window, I asked the reason for not having the advertised product available. The staff told me because they are closing soon. It was 8:30pm and they close at 10pm. I didn't feel that was acceptable as it is deceptive marketing if the staff are unwilling to prepare the meals out of their own convenience. I work late and this is when I showed up. It wasn't 9:50. They wouldn't offer anything to make it right. I then asked the girl what time I should come to get the famous chicken sandwich and she said to come in the morning. Right.. I am going to eat a chicken sandwich for breakfast. Not sure if that is a thing in India but I just laughed. I reached in the bag to grab some fries and they were cold. It seemed like staff are in a rush to go home that they shut the place down 1.5 hours before closing. Management take note of this because you will lose customers. The chicken zinger I had was good but the grease aftertaste from the frier is noticeable. I'll try the location again and raise concerns to mgmt but if I get brushed off I won't be back again. Mistakes happen but when I was one of two cars in the drive through at 830pm there is something wrong. If you don't want to work go home. I feel bad for the owners of any...

Staff were pleasant and helpful. But to be honest, KFC has unfortunately gone downhill. 1st the last time we ordered our chicken, it was delivered without our CHICKEN?? So we called them and they said they would put it on file with our phone number.... surprise, surprise, no one there had a clue or do they put phone number on file for our reimbursement.... Ok, so we give them another chance, I was willing to walk at this point, then we order, once again great service, and our chicken was so greasy that all the skin and breading was falling off, not because of the crispness, but because it was so soggy with grease... it was literally soggy chicken skin, which the skin is usually they best part... the only way to salvage our meal was to wipe off the skin and breading... yes that's correct, we wiped off the breading and skin... also, no plum\sweet and sour sauce (which should be a staple when serving breaded chicken)... no green coleslaw?? like wth is that? KFC, is famous for the green coleslaw... it's the only coleslaw i loved... whatever million dollar genius is running the show here, u need to step down... you are driving KFC straight into oncoming traffic... sad to see them going downhill like this... too bad they don't have nothing as an option for recommendations, because that is what I really recommend.
