Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Brantford

1 Star review on recent service trend... In recent months, I've gone to Henry St. location (actual Tim Hortons store, not the Pioneer kiosk), for coffee or lunch (our lunch is from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm), and not once was I able to get away from the store in under 15 minutes. Today, after ordering a sandwich and coffee, I waited for 10 minutes for the sandwich to be made, after waiting almost 15 minutes in line, with only two customers ahead of me. They have reduced their staff to bare minimum, and their performance shows it. 3 people in store, two drive thru, once on the counter. Horrible. Though the lunch tasted excellent, 1 star is for the service I received. Please mind the fact you're surrounded by industrial zoning, and businesses which operate 24 hours. Got to the speaker to find a sign saying “no frozen beverages” asked for iced coffee the girl on the speaker tells me this location doesn’t serve iced coffee… I tell her they should put the “no frozen beverages” sign at the entrance of the drive through so people don’t have to sit in the line waiting to get out … the girl cut me off while speaking twice during this transaction and tells me “this location. Has never served iced coffee so if you aren’t getting something else I need to ask that you stop talking and drive forward” … I’ve never been to this location before so how was I supposed to know that any form of iced/cold coffee beverage is not an option? Then to be treated with such snooty attitude by the woman on the speaker for not knowing this is just inexcusable! I’ll go to Starbucks across the street...

I had an interview there and the manger didn’t hire me which is fine but he didn’t have to be rude. Can you do 25 seconds on drive through, do you drive, will call you back if we like you, when was your last interview. Stuff like that was mean and unprofessional. I worked at Tim hortons before and they gave me five interviews and nothing. I needed a job and it was uncalled for and now when I go apply I’m blocked on the page on indeed. Otherwise the food is great there and I’m sure the employees are too. The manger was out of line and I would like this corrected so it doesn’t happen to anyone...
