Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Brighton

This was the worst restaurant experience I’ve had to date. Not only do none of the workers wear gloves. I sat in there for over thirty minuets passed when they said my order would be ready. And it was a small personal pizza. When I told them I wanted my money back for how long they took I didn’t get a single apology. I did get my money back but they just took the pizza and put it in the warming area for somebody else to eat or to be thrown away. I’m disgusted also with the fact nobody wears gloves and is handling everyone’s food, recipes and opening boxes with out anyone washing their hands. Over thirty minuets watching them and not once did anyone use the sick. I’ve also been attempting to call them and it goes straight to voicemail which is full and it just hangs up on you.

The last thing Brighton needed was another pizza place. So...

Took too long, mishandled equipment, poor customer service and high prices for poor quality. The interior was pretty dirty and poorly lit. While waiting for my pizza, I observed the cooking process since I had requested pickup previously not a live cooking show for 20 minutes when I arrived. Concerningly, as a certified food handler, I witnessed kitchen staff mishandling equipment without proper handwashing or gloves.

The noise level was absolutely unbearable! I couldn't hear my phone call when ordering or anything in the shop when I arrived. The cashier seemed extremely distracted, talking to a personal contact on the phone while attempting to cash me out, making me incredibly anxious.

Also a crappy small single 8 slice pizza for $30 no way I'm...

Its really bad experience with pizza hut brighton. I order every week monday and tuesday from pizza hut beacuse in brighton there are not so much options available, i come here from Belleville for shift. Whenever I order here from last few weeks they don’t have my box available except one day, I don’t know why they don’t have that in there menu and than i am ordering chicken wings they like no chicken on crispy part with very less sauce, I also order from Belleville and somethings trenton they are really good but the brighton one , I thing its waste of money and also if you check my order history I always tip them 10 percent but it worthless.
