Subway — Restaurant in Brighton

Went in tonight and was disappointed to see the same girl who has screwed up my last three orders (two wrong soups and an overcharge). However, it's impossible to explain anything to her because of a unworkable language barrier. Tonight I ordered a foot long tuna and watched her put 4 half golf ball size scoops on the bread. When I asked for a little bit more knowing damn well it was under portioned she grunted back "4 scoops". It wasn't even enough to cover the bread. So I said "I'll take double meat I guess" and she added two more tiny scoops (not worth $1 let alone $3) and then dosed my sandwich with enough mayonnaise for three sandwiches. Bottom line; everyone deserves a chance a equality and opportunity but in a customer relations/guest services driven business where communication is a key to satisfaction she is incapable of taking direction and provides nothing but frustration to guests. Bottom line, I paid almost$17 for a sub, a drink and a stale cookie. I will not be back anytime soon which for you is unfortunate because I spend a good amount of money there on catering and personal eating. That ends today. Apparently"management" is unaware of the inadequacies because I can't be the only one she's displeasing. Oh... And having the parking lot surfaced during business hours was a nice touch too.... I have mixed feelings about this location and would have given a 2.5 star rating had there been that option. Sometimes their food and service is good and sometimes it's not. We live about 5 min away so generally if we want a sub, this is our go to location. Most of the time the toppings are fresh, however, they are very skimpy on them. I have to ask multiple times to add more toppings just so it covers the bread, which shows when you get their herb garlic cheese bread as there is normally never any cheese on the top. The service is also hit and miss. I have had them be rude and I have also had them be pleasant but generally as a business, your staff should always be pleasant whether they want to or not. This restaurant is never clean, we never eat inside here and the pricing is a little over the top. We don't eat here unless we have coupons and even that is expensive. It costs even more now for Subway than it does at a higher end sub shop. Overall, I give it a 2.5 star rating to meet in the middle because this location can...

Worst subway I have ever been at. The staff were given by me a specific directive for my sub which was a double vegetable item on it and he did not do it . I had to explain to him what double vegetable item I wanted and how to put it on the sub . Also very cheap with the amount of meat on my sub. Tables were dirty..pop cups and food particles were on the table. Bathroom was not clean. The floors were very dirty And I had to repeat what I wanted on my sub 2times to the sub maker. Also at the cash the staff member spoke so fast and not clear that I could not hear that amount I owed. Also they ration napkins and the staff gave me 1 napkin for me to eat my footlong and chips with. As well I ordered a combo and only wanted a small fountain pop and they had no small fountain cups so I had to pay extra because of no small cups. Do not waste your time or money at this subway. I will never go back unless I speak to a territory manager...
