I came here thinking I would drop by for a couple quick take-out bubble waffles and instead waited 25-30 mins. Waiting that long for food may be acceptable but not for a snack or drink that takes 5 mins or less to make. Knowing it was busy, I asked the guy before I ordered how long the wait would be and he said it would be quick. This frustrated me even more because had he have told me the approx. wait time, I wouldn't have ordered. They really need to either get more waffle makers, prioritize orders, or so something because their system does not work well! They didn't really have much of an indoor dining setup. They had chairs and tables but they were all off to the side and the crowd was just using the available seats to wait for their order. It was busy and lots we're waiting; some sitting and others standing. Not sure if the dining setup is different at other times perhaps when it's not as busy... The waffles themselves were good. Hot and fresh. Tried the sesame and chocolate. Both were good although I preferred the sesame. One critique about the food is that they didn't distribute the sesame seeds on the waffle evenly. Some bubbles had lots of sesame seeds embedded and others had none. Can't speak to the quality of their other food unfortunately as I didn't try. Overall would not recommend as a quick take-out option if you're planning on getting just snacks or drinks, especially when it's busy.

Pretty good for Chinese “fast food” joint. Ordered the Teppanyaki Duck Breast Rice for $18, comes with rice, egg, corn, tater tots, and a drink. Added a bubble waffle for $1.99. Duck breast is surprisingly tender and juicy, highly recommend. Sadly service is subpar; only spoken to the waitress once. But given that there’s only 1 person holding the fort (dine in, take out, phone orders, drinks, bubble waffle station) and probably another person in the kitchen during Friday dinner time, I’ll given them the benefit of the doubt.

The Missus and I have visited many Bubble Waffle locations and our favorite is the one here in Queensborough. We like the taste of the dishes and service has always been good to us. Prices are reasonable for the Vancouver area and there is ample parking due to the shopping centre location. Our go to dishes are the Laksa soup, fish soup, salty chicken nuggets, original bubble waffle and the fried buns with sweeten condensed milk. Highly recommend if you like soups.

Bubble waffles are good but the Angus beef noodles have no flavour. I ordered a Taro bubble tea but it looked off. It looked like a regular Milk Tea (beige). I just thought maybe it was just light in colour or maybe it was the type of powder they used because Taro bubble teas are purple. I took a sip and I can immediately taste the bitterness of the tea. I went back and told them that it wasn’t Taro. The girl looked at me and said “oh?” She picked it up and turned the the other girl behind her and started talking in their language. Then she said to me, “Yes, it’s Taro.” I said, “Are you sure?” She nodded and said “Yes.” At that point I was too hungry to argue. I took it and gave it to my nephew because I couldn’t drink it. When I got home the noodles had all fused together in one block. I live just a 5 minute drive away. You get 2 strings of what I assume was meat in the the noodles which tasted like they were boiled in sour tap water. I couldn’t eat it. I gave it to my nephew and he was disgusted too. He didn’t eat it either. Overall, a terrible experience. I do not recommend their food except for the...

This location used to be good. Past few times, the drinks and broth is very watered down. Not very good at all. The portion sizes are getting smaller too. We used to get two bean cards with every order, last night's order only had one in each of our orders. Our broth was so watered down, you can see the separation and water.

We are still paying the same price and noticed they now ask for a tip when you order online. We are doing the leg work to pickup and we are supposed to tip on what? A job they are hired to do? Tips are for people that eat in the restaurant and you provide great service and only if you provide good service will depend on the amount.

We never even get a receipt with our order unless we ask for one. Every order should be accompanied by a receipt whether you ask for one or not.

We were very excited to see a Bubble Waffle open in our area, but I think we need to find another one...
