Old lady in glasses I’m assuming is the owner has bad attitude when shown a Groupon. She tries hard to find a way not to redeem it, then changes terms of the Groupon deal by excluding sandwiches that are clearly part of the selection , she then charges additional tax fee at the end that is nowhere in the Groupon, drink and ice machine are broken does not offer compensation just a couple cubes of ice made from an ice tray in warm drinks. There is also no side bar like other locations for condiments and peppers. Groupon has been notified and gave me proper compensation and refunded any unused ones I had purchased for this place. been here 3 times and the same thing has happened each time tried to give benefit of the doubt. Not sure why go on Groupon if you’re gonna be grumpy when a customer comes to redeem it. I’m sure it’s a good place when she is not around, other staff is very friendly. I only leave a bad review when it’s really bad and this will be my first 1 star review. safe to say I won’t be back or recommend to any...
Read moreI've been to this location three times - The first experience was good, as the subs were made well with lots of toppings, etc.
The next two times were absolute and utter disappointments. I ordered one of their chicken subs, and the amount of meat on there was easily 1/2 of any other previous Quizno's order I've ever placed. I complained and they insisted that was the right amount - whole areas of the sub had no meat whatsoever, just a couple toppings.
My third (and what will be my final) sub from there was a meatball sub. The bread was over-toasted and there were only 4 meatballs total on a full-size sub. I moved all the meatballs over to one-half so at least I wasn't eating solely bread. I took a couple bites and simply threw out the rest as I could barely stomach this over-toasted bread.
How on earth can you post pictures of sandwiches with the correct amount of meat on them when what you serve is simply a fraction of what...
Read moreThe deal of the days was $2 off select sandwiches. I asked what sandwiches and for details on the deal. I was told $2 off any 12". So I bought a 12". When rung up the discount wasn't there so I politely reminded her it was $2 off. She then said "you have to buy a drink for $2.99". I then ask for a side of honey mustard. They gave me a tiny little cup. When I asked for a larger side they told me for large cups you need to pay extra. I pointed out that no other Quiznos charges for side and infact that's why they have a side bar (this location the side bar is empty and spotless). They said no, sides have always been extras... Quiznos head office should really educate this franchise on their deals and policies because these guys are out to lunch in...
