Hi there, this is going to be a review that I hope is thoroughly read if this location really cares enough.
It is so upsetting knowing that the employees do not care enough to really listen to customers on what they would like. This isn't a first occurrence and hence why I am writing this review. I had asked an employee to check if a specific timbit was in stock, she replied with "ill go check" which was great and I was waiting for around 3 minutes until another person came up on the intercom and proceeded to ask me what I would like today. I had to reorder everything and asked the same question and had already mentioned that someone had taken my order but hasn't come back to check if that item was in stock. Whats upsetting is that this other individual also said that she will go check and I was on my way to work (hence the drive through), for which I would have been on time for if people just did their job properly. I had proceeded to tell her that I would like assorted if that item wasn't in stock and she still came back and asked me if id like assorted... like Im sorry did you not hear me? This isn't rocket science and you do not need more than a high school diploma to work at a job that requires only basic understanding. Be patient, do not rush the customer, take the order, and when you are helping someone, they are the priority. If anything urgent comes up, let the customer know that an incident has happened and someone else will be there to aid you asap. There's more to what has happened throughout the year but this review will take ages to write. I do not need compensation nor an apology, I just ask that training is upheld to a certain standard and that human decency is delivered. Im sure if they were in my position they would feel the same way.
Goodluck, improve the damn training, teach your employees on how to be respectful and work with urgency and determination. These type of conflicts diminishes the name of Tim Hortons and screws up your future, it's not what it used to be and what we are proud of anymore. Fix it. Rose is great though, don't...
Read moreWe ordered herb and garlic pastry, bagel with cream cheese (double toast), etc. The cashier handed the herb and garlic pastry right after we paid. Usually in other Tim’s branches, they will ask if we want the pastry to be reheated, but not in this branch. So we ask them to reheat it. The staff who got it back was talking to one of his male colleague(supervisor??) telling him that she will toast it in their oven but the guy hastily snatched the bag with the pastry, opened the microwave then threw it inside the microwave. Literally threw it inside the microwave even when we were there in front of them waiting for the rest of our orders. We let it past just to not offend them. However, when we got the rest of our orders, the bagel with cream cheese which we asked them to double toast turned out to be a bit warm and not really toasted at all. This was not the first time we went there. We went there the previous week and ordered timbits, ice coffee, and XL white chocolate with 2 shots of espresso. The white chocolate with 2 shots of espresso was literally sugar with a touch of coffee. We order this every time in different branches, the taste is supposed to be like a dark roasted coffee with creamy milk and with a balance of sweetness. But the one we ordered in this branch was way too sweet. My partner complained about it and instead of them changing it they added a shot of espresso. The taste did not change, still way too sweet. We ended up bringing it home, used it as a creamer. Thus, it was still way too sweet. Even their service was not really welcoming. We were disrespected, it’s really...
Read more805 Boyd St. Terrible service - it's ANTI-service. Most recently, pointed to the current and updated menu ad to order a special, pointed at the special, which they saw and READ... and - they simply said "no" and tried to charge the full amount for each item. Another time. I ordered two combos. Was met with a blank stare. I said: "Two combos." I paused. They nodded. I said "Farmers Wrap combo" - okay. Then I said "The Bacon-Sausage Wrap Combo." - the cashier asks "So you want bacon... or sausage?" I asked them to turn around to look at their own menu and said "It's literally called a Bacon-Sausage Wrap. It's a meal." She refused to look and kept saying "You have to tell me if it's Bacon or if it's Sausage." I said again "There is a whole, singular item called a Bacon-Sausage Wrap... it's not a choice btwn the two. Please look at the menu." She again refused... and had to call the MANAGER to confirm that I wasn't lying about a menu item that was quite literally written a few feet away. ANOTHER time... I said "Peppermint Tea." the cashier says: "So Steeped tea?" . I said "Well, if Peppermint Tea is steeped... okay, but I want the peppermint." - so I get Orange Pekoe. I ask "I asked for Peppermint. Cashier gives me a sneer and attitude saying "Well, you have to ASK FOR PEPPERMINT when you're ordering, not STEEPED." I said "I DID! YOU said steeped. I said Peppermint TWICE." - They roll their eyes and VERY RELUCTANTLY changed it. How is this even possible that they're still...
