There is a young lady who works here, and she has the most infectious laugh I have ever heard. Every time she laughs, all of her coworkers around her start laughing too, and I don't know why. Is she telling a joke or is she a comedian? Or does she simply have a very natural laugh that others, including myself, automatically join in with? A couple of times, I have found myself laughing for no reason. Maybe it's the atmosphere in this location that makes everyone feel giddy?

Today I did a mobile order on this Starbucks and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I placed an order for a venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and a venti Mocha Frappuccino Blended Beverage, hoping to indulge in some delicious treats. However, what I received left me feeling disappointed and deceived.

First and foremost, both drinks were missing essential components that I was looking forward to. The absence of whipped cream and crunch in my Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino completely altered the intended flavor and texture of the beverage. It felt like I was simply drinking a plain frappe, lacking the indulgent elements that make the drink so appealing. Similarly, my Mocha Frappuccino was also missing whipped cream, which is a crucial part of the classic recipe.

To make matters worse, the price I paid for these drinks was exorbitant, totaling over $13. For that amount, I expected nothing short of a premium experience with all the promised ingredients intact. It is disheartening to pay such a high price and receive subpar products in return.

I have always held Starbucks in high regard for their quality and attention to detail, but this particular visit has left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. It is disappointing to see a company known for its consistency fall short in delivering the...

Today's bogo event has staff slammed. I put in an online order and it said 26-30min wait. I was like ugh but yeah I get it probably everybody is after bogo. So I'm at the store early and go in to wait, lots of customers waiting. After I'm there about 15 minutes I see a lady inquiring about her drinks as it's been 30 minutes and she seeking confirmation with other customers that have been waiting about as long and giving a bit of attitude towards the wait saying out loud 30mins is too long. I would agree if I went in see all the staff casually making drinks, laughing smiling and chitchatting. But what I saw was 5 staff at least all hustling to make drinks as fast as they can busting butt. And I bet a lot of customers ordered drinks that take a bit of process to make or require a blender (as it's hot today and looked like lady's drink was also a blended one)which they only have so many blenders and have to clean it each time.
