Apparently, Domino's uses a preorder system, in which they can see your order come in as your figuring it out, prior to payment, which allows them to begin prepping pizzas. DSS. Now if you sit on these orders, having set them up for an order in the future, not having paid, they begin making them regardless. If the order doesn't go thru, they hand them off to employees, supposedly, but we have been getting cold old pizza the past few times, unawares of this business process. Or they just don't respond to the orders at all for a very long time. Its not hard to track at all. Just a heads up, its really turned us off of what was once a great easy ordered pizza joint, to being extremely questionable. We figured it was to good to be true, and will just go back to ordering better pizza from a better producer for a normal amount, this was our bad here....

Don’t teach your drivers to deliver the pizza on the dustbin. I’m also a food delivery driver and I think this is the worst thing you can do with a customer. If you like to eat food from dustbin then keep it with you don’t teach this thing to your drivers or maybe it’s the driver who lives in this type of environment and don’t know what is right and what is wrong. I pre-scheduled my order to be delivered at 11:30 am on June 25. So, our employees can have their lunch since we couldn’t go out to buy some food. The delivery was late for one hour without any explanation. Also, forgot to bring two drinks and said that they were out of it. If you didn’t have any big bottles of pop, you could have bring a few small ones to satisfy your customer’s needs.
