My husband and I usually enjoy going here And I’ve never had any complaints but tonight was a different story we were greeted very unpleasantly actually we weren’t greates at all but rather the young women working back turned towards us and walked away to grab another employee(who was delightful) We had a few questions regarding a purchase we had wanted to make and if it was possible the young man didn’t know how to answer the question so he directed us towards his coworker who had just bluntly said “No way” in a very unpleasant manner. She had made it seem like it was a bother for us to be in there. Mind you at this point we were the only customers in there. As we were patiently waiting for our food I was watching her make our burgers (it’s an open concept kitchen so you can see everything) and as I was grabbing condiments this women shouted VERY rudely as she was over by the grill “Do you need something?!” Because I was watching them cook. At this point I had my food and was only grabbing condiments so there was no reason for her to shout this over. She had kept looking over and giving us dirty and even dirtier looks by the end of it. This review isn’t for me to receive compensation or anything along those lines but to make the managers and hopefully owners aware of this behaviour and the horrible customer service or next to no customer service or sensitivity from this employee. Also to top it off the kitchen wasn’t the cleanest and for it not being busy I don’t think the kitchen should of looked the way it did especially if that’s what...
Read moreI attended the location for dine-in with my 3 year old toddler twins. We have been to this location months ago and really enjoyed the casual atmosphere, free peanuts and friendly staff.
It's very important to me that staff are engaging when possible and kind to my kids so that they can learn social skills, say Thank You and practice kindness back.
The staff at this location on took my order and greeted my kids. They asked their names and if they had been shopping for the day. While waiting at their table the staff and my twins exchanged lots of waves, Hi's and smiles.
After getting our meal, one of the staff members came out to also give my girls special chocolates. His manner and sociability was exemplary.
My girls made a big deal of going to the counter to say thank you to the staff and even had employees come from the back room to say goodbye. The whole establishment seemed to cheer up at the infectious kindness!
I also really appreciate how clean the washrooms are as having 2 toddlers who tend to touch everything and at times sit on the floor is a handful.
Thanks so much for the experience. I really think the employees here deserve a...

the first thing that irked me was paying $22 for a fast food burger and some fries. thats sit down restaurant prices. makes me wonder if i got 1 more thing it wouldve been same price as a steak if i went elsewhere.
i thought it was odd, but whats the point of the frie container if youre just going to dumb a ton into a bag and hand the customer a greasy bag with your burger placed intop so that gets greasy too?
i wasnt gery happy because while they did give a lot of fries, it was literally inedible as the cajun seasoning was so incredibly overpowering. they put so much seasoning your tongue went dry after one frie, how am i supposed to eat that? $22 for a meal and i couldnt even eat my fries.
wait time was unusually long for fast food.. waited 30 mins for a simple burger and fries. was handed a cup for my drink but the cup i was handed was greasy and had ketchup on it.
the pros are the burgers themselves are really good, and having plastic straws is a massive plus aswell in a cardboard straw society.
portion size was good, just wish i was able to eat my fries when im paying an...
