Taco Del Mar — Restaurant in British Columbia

Came here for the first time. There was a lady working by her self seemed all over the place, two people waiting in line a head of me and a skip the dishes guy waiting.

I waited 5 min then asked the guy waiting if he ordered, said just waiting to take order. Then I looked over at the other people and asked if they ordered, they said no been waiting for a while.

So I asked the lady if she would be taking our order? She kindly replied yes but need to take the skip the dishes order. Said okay, she had just finished the guy waiting for the skip the dishes order and another SkipTheDishes dishes lady came in. The girl that was working had started on another online order, then the people in front of me walked out. The lady that was working finished the skip the dishes order and then took my order. I waited about 25min.

This place needs to have two or three people working during rush hour. I felt bad for the girl that was working there and had so much pressure.

I hope the owners read this and make some changes to make it easier on...

I absolutely adore taco del Mar so my experience with Uber eats won't deter me from coming back however I will no longer use any meal service as I want to ensure I get what I am ordering. My friend and I ordered the buy one get one free roll one up burritos, both with ground beef and I recieved no beef, no cilantro and no cheese on mine even tho I triple checked my order before submitting?! It is no fault of the Uber eats driver as it is not their job to inspect the order but it is the resteraunts job to fufill the order as it is requested. The flavor of my burrito was still the same delicious flavor I expected but did not include everything I had asked for leading me to no longer use delivery apps to ensure I get what I pay for. Service was fine all business like, food is usually good I just go for the soft fish tacos! Was not too happy today and will not go back to this location. We were having a mother daughter girls day, Unfortunately I arrived when they opened ordered our fish tacos and was asked the usual what I would like on them. We wanted cabbage and cilantro, I guess the bins hadn't been stocked up yet as I could see mostly the bottom. I let the employee know and figured I would be waiting a minute for her to grab a new bin but nope. She just used the little bit left and that was it, we didn't even get any cilantro on half of them. I didn't want to say anything more afraid of having something nasty added, not sure if that ever really happens but you know how people say crazy things and I just can't help but play that in my head! so we ate sad small...
