By far the worst experience I've had at any Papa John's! We ordered a medium pizza and cheesy bread, however the pizza showed up made incorrectly. After calling the store to fix the issue we were told that it wasn't the stores problem and to call customer service. Customer service was quite rude and told us that it was the stores issue and that a notice had been sent back to the store to give us a call to reconcile the situation. We waited 20 minutes with no call, and decided to call the store back. When we called the store again they said there is nothing they can do, the person we were speaking to on the phone continued to communicate our situation to the manager who responded by yelling at the employee on the phone when we asked to speak with the manager instead we heard her yell that she did not want to speak to us to which the employee nervously told us she was "too busy" to speak with us. After several calls and hearing the manager verbally attack her employee for a solution that would have taken 5 minutes anywhere else we can confirm we will definitely not order...
Read moreI love Papa Johns. I ordered a parmesan crusted papadias and brought it home to find it wasnt what I ordered. I called to let them know & the person I spoke with argued with me & insisted he had put parmesan crusted, however I explained I've had it before (last week) and know it is not crusted (which I paid extra for). He insisted & all but called me a liar. Then agressively asked me what I want him to do, to which I replied...what do you want to do?..I am a weekly customer. I didn't say this, but in my experience, a manager will typically offer an apology & redo the order, not argue & insult his (now) former repeat customer. Very poor customer service & complaint managment/resolution. I will say the kind gentleman who took my order & served me was a great guy whom I complimented. I'm sorry I won't enjoy his service again (at least not at this papa johns location). And shame on you Mr. Manager..if you do not care about your customers & know how to treat them respectfully, you should not be in a customer...

Long story short…on a previous order we were given a poorly made overcooked and burnt to a crisp pizza payed for with our hard earned money so we called in to let them know their mistake and were told we would get a replacement next time we were in which was nice.
Today we made another order and asked for our replacement. Girl staff member argued against and told us that because we didn’t know the name of whom we spoke with, we would not be getting a replacement. We decided due to how things were handled and how we were treated by the girl working there that we wouldn’t be wanting our other pizza order anymore and wouldn’t be back. Upon our call back to cancel our order the girl I spoke to then lied and said she tried to call back which did not happen. When we expressed that we wouldn’t be back we were met with an “OK”.
Poor customer service. Do better. Maybe try valuing...
