Wok Box - Chilliwack — Restaurant in British Columbia

So this place started off very well portions were extremely exceptional and service was good when they 1st opened . Now I don't know if management has changed or cooks have change. My wife and I get 1 day a week off Sundays with each other so this past Sunday we wanted a verity of food from the same establishment here at the wok box. Nearing the end of the night we picked up our food brought it home only to find out that portions were not up standard orange chicken box was half full. Instead of chow mein with out beef and broccoli we got rice . And the red Thai Chilli sauce was not that great. Because it was end of the night we picked up our food by time.we got home.e and discovered our order was bot what we ordered it was to late to call so my wife left a voicemail. Today she tried to get atleast 1 replacement order to compensate for getting our orders wrong on Sunday. We weren't asking for 3 replacement orders all we asked was to atleast replace 1 order they told my wife that's fine. Upon arrival to pick up her order she called in ahead of time today. They will not honor what they told .y wife in replacement order at no charge they flipped the stitch on her and said she had to.pay 50%. This is not honoring their end.of the bargain 😑. Went to the new wok box...don't see how any of the reviews are legit based on my experience and everyone I assume there at the same time we me . 45 min wait to get my food. Had to tell the girl working I didn't ask for buffalo sauce on chow mein and her response was " I'm new." I said great can you just tell that lady there please then" and her response was a look of confusion to the point I thought she was like Groot from guardians of the Galaxy saying I'm new over and over , I understand being new at a store or place but come on.... Little did I know they put nothing on just regular chow mein or they gave me plain noodles when I said no sauce ...thinking I'd be getting a traditional chow mein noodle as you'd see in other restaurants. I ordered orange chicken from the value menu- posted prices of “$10.99 every day”. Was charged $13.49. I just didn’t say anything.

Then when they gave me my order, I commented, “oh, I thought there was vegetables?” The guy did not answer but asked if I wanted a fork or chop sticks.

Very disappointed as I nagged my husband for us to come here instead of another place for lunch so we could get veggies in our food and I got no veggies at all.

People should not have to correct the staff. They should know the menu.

There was only a delivery pick up before us and one other order after us- not busy at all at the time.
