The teriyaki beef roll was... some kind of beef for sure. Service was quick, like really fast. They brought it out almost immediately. The service was good despite the reviews, the owner stands at the counter and asked what I was in the mood for. The atmosphere is the royal city centre food court, if minimal was a food court well you just met him. Would I come visit again? The food court, sure. This restaurant? No, unless you're in for some cheap sushi. Yeah that's about it, it's cheap.

Wasted my money! Wanted to ask for refund! Ordered on Uber. Please whoever cooked my food, they really need to improve their skill! Ordered chicken teriyaki bento with temperature, overcooked chicken (super dry and hard), no teriyaki sauce on top, no tempura sauce either! Yam that was in the yam roll was burned! The salad dressing was original soy sauce added??? Really really bad!

The cooks here should go eat at another sushi restaurant to see how the food should taste, look and feel. This was disgusting. Old hard rubbery gyoza's and chichen terriaki meat was over cooked and looked like the food was sitting for days under a heater. no sauce for tempura and that was tough too. Unbeleivable. Skip was great food sucked.

When I read all the bad reviews, it feels like we are going to two different places. I'm reviewing the sushi place in the food court at Royal City Center. I have been going there since it opened. I agree that sushi places in the mall are best avoided; which is why my Dad was shocked when I brought him there. The chef is lovely, the food has always been fresh and well made. We ordered for our lunch break, which was in forty five minutes. We were quoted half an hour to forty five minutes delivery. The food arrived one and a half hours later. We missed our lunch break. The food had been pre-frozen. They stopped taking our phone calls and sent us directly to voicemail when we attempted to get updates. Terrible service, okay food. Definitely not...
