Opa! Of Greece Snyatan Shopping Centre — Restaurant in British Columbia

Ignore the negative reviews, the reviewers seem to either be inept or have ulterior motives - I have been to many Opa restaurants and this one is up to the same standard as the rest. As someone who has been to Greece and fell in love with the street food and small restaurant Gyros, I am a big fan of Opa. It’s difficult to find anywhere in BC that does a proper style Greek pita wrap. Most “authentic” restaurants don’t even offer them, or have lame westernized versions of it. Opa has got it figured out - feta, perfect garlic tzatziki sauce, finely chopped tomato and red onion, fresh lettuce, and nice quality cuts of properly seasoned chicken on a thick pita wrap. Their fries pair perfectly with the wrap (an authentic wrap has one thick wedge style fry in the middle but this is close enough). Tried the new West Kelowna location. They are not listed on OPA!’s website which makes ordering on line for pick up impossible. We phoned in and our order was taken very efficiently. The food was ready when we arrived which was great as they were very busy. Slight issue with the pick up orders as they are not kept in a warmer. When we got it home it was cold which was expected but they packed the salad in the same container as the hot rice with no divider so they were pretty mixed together. Had a lamb pita with fries, the pita was so dripping in sauce.I probably used eight or ten napkins, which we're so cheap they'd fold up to the size of a toonie. The pita was good tasting,but the quantity of stuff inside was extremely disappointing, more lettuce than anything, and I got all the other ingredients and there was probably no more than a spoonful of everything else, no more than three or four little pieces of lamb, won't ever go back, was good and decent a year ago not anymore!
