We ordered online ahead of time and paid in advance. We arrived at the original time when we were supposed to pick up our order. It was delayed upon arrival by 55 minutes. 5:47pm was when we were originally meant to pick up, but we ended up waiting until 6:40. Ok, understandable that they were busy, but still a little bit annoying. Moreover, according to the online menu, the chicken teriyaki is meant to come with miso soup and rice. I received neither with my order. The beef fried rice was ordered with a 6/10 spice level. It was spicy but it had no other flavour whatsoever. The chicken yakiudon turned out to be good and the chicken yakiudon as well. The gyoza was also quite tasteless, bland and small. It was a disappointment yet again. If eating in, you may have better luck then we did. If ordering online, do so with caution! Lastly, the price to portion size ratio of the online order was rather lackluster. Regretably we left a tip as we ordered ahead of time.

Not overly impressed with the sushi rolls. The rice was very mushy and as you can see in the pics there’s barely any shrimp. It’s mostly tempura. The chopped scallop rolls were soggy. The sashimi was good but expensive for 8 pieces $17. We also ordered Pad Thai and asked for 10/10 spicy and it’s not spicy at all and it was very bland :-( SPICY CREAM RAMEN was delicious 10/10. I asked for 15/10 spicy and I could still use more spice. I also ordered extra bean sprouts and they actually took the time to deliver it to my house as they were missing in our delivery order. I didn’t eat the egg. It was grey in colour and felt like rubber.

Best Japanese in west Kelowna by far. Can't wait to return to try their ramen options, but this time we went all out on their special rolls. The ocean sunrise special roll is absolutely worth the couple extra bucks... Man was that good. I also highly recommend the tempura Sakuri roll. The squid karaage was crispy and delicious with the spicy house sauce, not chewy like many other places. For those who love a good hot sake, they've got very good pricing at only $10 for a large (9oz) which usually goes for 13-15 elsewhere. They clearly take pride in their quality and their plating, too. All in all an excellent experience.

I've been coming here for almost 2 year, never had a bad meal! Everything is so delicious everyone I recommended to come visit also liked it! I'm a really picky eater but they make ingredients id never eat at home look delicious and taste delicious!! I really love this place , you get your moneys worth everything is always fresh and hot! Atmosphere depending on the time is calm or lively! I prefer to come on less busy days and closer to evening just hits the mood right! (But busy days are good spent with a few friends makes you feel more lively!) Really lovely people and I appreciate the work you guys do! I've come here on any occasion, good or bad alone and with friends, the food always makes me happy! They have dishes for diffrent tastes, my mom loves spicy food and has found a great soup on the menu, I've found great dishes that have zero spice, we've tried almost half of the dishes on the menu and keep finding the once we really like! I recommend to explore and its great for people who like to try out...

Amazing service. Waters constantly topped off. Pleasant staff. Every item our table ordered was some of the best we’ve had. Spice levels were very satisfying while still being very flavorful. The out of 10 spice levels are to be respected when offered. For my firecracker the default 8/10 was riding that perfect edge of slow you down and tear you up spice. My partners 8/10 creamy ramen was spicy but not the kick we’d hoped for so next time 10:10. Gyoza was on par with fancy places that charge the same for 3 but here we got 8 and so tasty. Here while traveling but will make an effort to return when I’m next back this way. They take reservations. We didn’t have to wait for a table but I saw them take and use phone numbers for people waiting for a table. Bathrooms...
