Panago Pizza — Restaurant in British Columbia

Absolute terrible experience with the call centre today. When asked to speak with a manager, I was transferred to Kristen who did not even try to resolve the issue. Was ordering three large pizzas so with their prices, it was no small amount. When we order a Garden Veggie, we always choose to substitute 3 or 4 toppings to comparable veggie toppings. Their system now only allows for two changes before forcing the customer service rep to change the order to “creat your own” which changes the price from $20.70 to $27.00…ahhh not acceptable..so I asked the manager to override this and she bluntly refused, citing “this will upset our stores. They don’t like it when we do this!” Stores? What about the paying customer? If I want green olives instead of black, red pepper instead of mushrooms, goat cheese instead of blended and spinach instead of pineapple, that’s my prerogative! Changing the price by $7.00 or $2.00 per change is highway robbery! I am disgusted with the lack of customer service skills in your manager today. You just lost my $60 order. It's the first time I bought pizza from panago. Its address is 611 8th street New Westminster, BC. The associate was not wearing any gloves during the whole process of preparing my pizza, starting with preparing and expanding the dough on her bare forearms and then pouring all stuff ,olives, onions, hams, peperoni, cheese and all other stuff on the dough with bare hands, no gloves ,no tongs, just bare hands! She had long long hair and was not wearing a hair net in the whole process. She did not even wash her hands after working with my payment and giving my receipt. After 15 min when pizza was ready, I said "Thank you" to her and she did not respond at all, just staring at me! Really disappointed with the whole pooooor costumer service. I have not tried the pizza though! I am not sure if I really like to do it or not, to be honest. P.S: She was not wearing a mask as well, Covid has still not been...

I just moved to new west. Panago is my favorite pizza chain. I was pleased to see there was a location walking distance. Unfortunately this location missed the mark, as It seems they have the oven turned down slightly, leaving the pizza to be less cooked. Every other panago location I have ever had, the cust was perfectly crispy. This was a soft, undercooked crust. Cooking more in my oven as I type this. Toppings were still what I would expect from a New York deli. Overall, I will reconsider panago as my next...
