The very worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.i went there to buy a slice combo for my lunch.when i enter the store i tell the indian guy that i want a slice of hawaiian with drinks and dipping sauce which categorize in their slice combo.so assume that he knows im getting the combo because he didnt ask me anything.so i pay and he gave me my order.so i get in the corner and sit when suddenly it pop out in my phone the purchase i got from them and it charge me more than i expected.so then i call the indian guy twice because he didn’t hear me because his busy using his phone.i ask him if i get the slice combo and he said no.but i said that is what i order.and he said no you order like this like that.i said im a regular customer here and i always got the same order and pay less than what he charge me.and then he keeps on talking while im explaining and then he started calling me like im a liar.hiw many times did he tell me YOU LIE YOU LIE YOU LIE. I said just give me back my money i will not eat that anymore because i havent touch the food and what he answered me Provoked me to get angry.HE SAID NO.i asked him again that give me back my money and again he answered me NO.until there is a customer came in and thats the only time he give my money back.A VERY VERY VERY RUDE EMPLOYEE WITH A VERY VERY AWFUL ATTITUDE AND WORST EVER KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.Never again buying food from...

I stopped at Pizza Pizza to grab a slice after my long Fortnite grind, expecting to have a delicious slice of pizza from a joint ive never been to before but i decided to give it a try. As i walked in it smelled and looked great, but very short selection of singular slice pizza. I ordered a slice of pineapple & ham expecting to have a nice warm piece of pizza pie, but i did not meet that expectation. The crust was very hard on the bottom and the pizza was very much doughy, the sauce tasted like tomato’s from a can from a food bank and there was barely any sauce. That pizza slice must’ve been sitting there all day! It was chewy and doughy and stale-ish, the pineapple chunks were very dry and dehydrated and were chewy, very disappointing. Atmosphere is fun though! very fun orange color, reminds me of the legendary loot from Fortnite Battle Royale, very cool. Pizza was so expensive for a single slice too!! $4.50 for a mediocre slice of pizza pie, not very pog. For a place called pizza pizza you’d expect to get some nice cheap pizza but no no no i was wrong.. i guess...

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Walked in to get hockey box and fries. Had to repeat order 5 times and then worker missed order of fries. Was told 15 minutes wait. Someone else came in right after and ordered a pizza. Appeared to know the worker behind the counter. 20 minutes go by and the worker hands the pizza to the person who ordered after us (so they served them first). I look behind the counter and our pizza just got put into the oven. Another 15 minutes go by and pizza finally is ready. They give us the pizza and pop. Gave us can of pop instead of bottle like the deal we paid for. Then the hockey box was missing the net and puck. Got ripped off items and I gave a tip which I would have reconsidered if I knew it would be 40 minutes and ripped off items.
