Utterly the WORST Starbucks I have ever been too! Standing inline for 20 mins for 2 drinks, is utterly ridiculous! Unpersonable staff, at till! No hi, nothing just what do want to order, looked disgruntled and shes far too slow in helping people. Barista tells me 2 coffees are mine, and I'm thinking no I order larger ones. Tells me my stars are going to expire soon ( Sept) and when I say no I'll pay, she huffs as if I've inconvenienced her to run my credit payment instead!
Bathroom utterly appalling, looked like no one had checked on it for hours. 4 people staffed there, 2 working. Allowed employee to cut in and place order out of line. If I'd read the reviews as many have pointed out the same faults, I would've forfeited the stars and gone to the Save On instead at the mall. At least the employee there is friendly, and actually cares to serve you, with a smile.
Get it together at this location, with better management and get rid of those who dont care to be there, they are making a paycheck sure, but they are a disservice to the location with their attitudes and slow service!

Read moreI ordered 3 coffee, and I ask the guy named Matthew while he's making the coffee if I can get a small bag. He literally said no because the drink will fall off, I'm not stupid coz I also worked in food and beverage industry. And I know that they need to put drink tray, so then when he made the 2nd coffee I ask again and he said "ok you can get a bag but you have to pay" I'm willing to pay for that small bag I know that bag is not free. Then the lady who gave me a bag is putting the drink tray, then Matthew said "oh! You can't give that to her that's only for deilvery"

After waiting patiently for over 30 minutes, the shorter blond female accused someone of stealing our drink, when in fact it wasn't made. The man behind us waited and eventually realized one of the drinks was his, not hearing his name. Anyways the point is, if you mess up just say sorry and rectify the situation. Never blame another person for stealing it or give attitude to the customer.
