I've been a Popeyes fan for decades and have never had a bad meal until I visited this awful location. Brought a 10 piece bucket home and right away I noticed the color was way darker than usual. Oh oh did they over-cook it or cook too much and leave it to wither under the heat-lamps? Either way it was leathery and so hard that there were parts that a jig-saw couldn't cut. Not only that but they didn't give us the proper combination. They cheaped out and gave us 5 drumsticks and 4 thighs and 1 back! I noticed when I bought it that they had a HUGE pile of fries just sitting there going stale and sure enough the sad specimens they gave me were cold, dead and limp. The biscuits were HALF as thick as they are supposed to be and were stale and hard and hadn't been brushed with butter as is company policy. This sordid rat-hole is damaging the brand! I eat twice a week at the Langley B.C. location and if I didn't know how awesome it is I'd NEVER set foot in a Popeyes! I brought this inedible atrocity back the next day and the young girl had TERRIBLE customer-service skills and said, "Of course the fries were cold we have to cook up a huge pile and leave them sitting out in case someone orders a 10-peice...

We ordered before 8PM which is more than an hour before the closing time. The food counter attendant took our order and before saying our order we said that are willing to wait. In our order we have sides of mashed potato and the cashier told us that they can’t serve the mashed potato because they were out of gravy. We are suppose to order two 4pcs chicken platters with mashed potato as our choice of side and we’ll gonna order a large gravy for our chickens. We really like the mashed potato and gravy of popeye’s.

We asked the food counter attendant if they can make us some gravy since it is more than an hour away from the closing time, but she said they cannot. Also, there is manager on duty and the cashier asked her if they can make the gravy… bytheway we also asked her and she just said NO. We followed up asking why then she just turned her back to us without answering, which is kinda frustrating since it is a long and tiring day for us and we are just really craving for popeye’s.

We are also working in restaurant/fast food, we know that they can still possibly make it during that time. Ending we just cancelled our order since none is yet...
